Overall, it was okay, but the exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken, and repairs usually took two days to complete. In addition, the towels were only changed once for seven days, and the trash was taken out, not every two days. Suggest improvements.

Staff informed us upon arrival that they did not offer a AAA discount which we later found to be untrue.
Upon our arrival to the room the shower gel was out, trash had not been pulled from previous stay, and we found previous tenants socks under the bed, 4 of them in fact.
Staff was generally nice, but did seem to know how to apply discounts. The manager we checked out with was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was dirty. We stayed 4 days, 3 nights, and not once were the hallways vacuumed. We never had our room serviced even though it was supposed to be done every other day (supposedly they were short staffed), and in order to get clean towels we had to bring our dirty towels to the front desk then wait for them to be washed and dried. Because they never serviced our room, the trash really accumulated with 4 people. The ice bucket was cracked, the pool was very small, and the fruit at breakfast was not fresh but canned or frozen (thawed). I would not ever stay at this hotel again. It was one of the poorest quality Hilton properties I’ve come across.

I stayed 3 nights and did nit get my room cleaned. I called front desk one night and asked for a room cleaning next day. Did not get one.

As a Hilton gold member and avid traveler I have been to many of the different Hilton branches. When traveling I always come for a late night arrival, and it seems I deal with the “subpar” or third string associates working the graveyard shift… I am most grateful that’s not the case here. Sabrina should be recognized for her impeccable professionalism and attention to detail. Even with a crowd her poise and efficiency deserves a salute or anything and everything your company has available to reward her. Not to forget my favorite breakfast gal Ms Kathy! Hilton take heed of the existence of good, no great talent and do all you can to hold onto it…..
