Terrible old mattress at all rooms, you can even see the curved mattress through the bed sheets, my back hurts after 2 nights there, imagine you have a wall in between you and your wife while sleeping so you can have an idea of how deep the mattress are deformed. Terrible service, it was a fight trying to get the money back from the nights I did not use. They basically did not want to refund it, I was forced to dispute the charge in my American Express Platinum in order to get my money back.

Sou agente de viagens e neste final de semana (30abr - 01 mai) estive com um grupo de 24 pessoas no Hotel Locanda, desde o primeiro contato até o último minuto no hotel, fomos muito bem atendidos, em especial pela Carla e o David. Dentro do nosso grupo, atletas e algumas de suas esposas ficaram encantados com a estrutura, atendimento e serviços do hotel. Excelentes acomodações, um excelente café da manhã com variedade e rápida reposição. Recomendo e voltando a Novo Hamburgo o Locanda será nossa opção. They first offered us an old room with a smell of mosquito and out of the furniture, and after we complained, they transferred us to a newly retired room, but the bathrooms were always sleeved and incardated. We demanded a 3x, resolved when we talked to the manager, but then everything returned to the zero stack. Idem bed clothes, sleeved. Breakfast is good, replacing food with a certain frequency. Slack room service, with few options. Our hot mix is cold... we stay hosted for six days.
