This hotel is of high standard. The swimming pool with hammam is superb. Thanks to them, the masseuse is doing a great massage. The food in the restaurant and cafe was great, no questions were asked. The hotel room has no flaws, at least I haven't seen it. The beds and sheets are great, so I don't get enough sleep in any hotel and I don't want to get up. One thing I don’t like very much: The employees in these bars and restaurants are not very happy. They sit down at the table. This is the cleaning lady's room who knocks on the door at 8 o’clock in the morning and wants to clean the room). Of course, the dream is gone, but they are calm. Eat breakfast without crowds. I like everything else very much, and obviously, the hotel is engaged in Covid safety work. I recommend this hotel and will stay in the future

Мы с подругой приезжаем в Новосибирск в первую очередь ради балета в НОВАТе. Попутно театр, музкомедия, музей, джаз и т.п. Сказать, что отель нам понравился - это не сказать ничего! Он нас очаровал, покорил, влюбил в себя. Красиво, стильно, удобно, уютно, вкусно, интересно. Плавали в бассейне, нежились в хаммаме. А эти завтраки под звуки арфы! Ассортимент необычайно разнообразен: вино, фрукты, рыбные, мясные закуски, выпечка, мед в сотах, апельсиновый фреш, всего не перечислишь. Официанты, бармены, да вся команда отеля высочайшего уровня профессионалы, необычайно предупредительны, дружелюбны, как будто ты в гостях у близких друзей. Кафе 10Ten c террасой на 10 этаже отеля с видом на любимый НОВАТ – это особая чудесная история. В дни нашего пребывания у отеля был 10-летний юбилей, поэтому подарки нас преследовали каждую минуту! Даже посчастливилось выиграть полет на самолете над Новосибирском! Мы с подругой за эти три дня стали фанатами отеля. С утра отель нас поражает и учит верить чудесам. На выбор щедро предлагает бассейн, и фитнес, и хаммам. А после завтрак королевский: бокал игристого вина, Закуски, фрукты и десерты - мы насладились всем сполна. Играет арфа, звук прелестный, на сердце радость и покой. Не часто день бывает классным, здесь каждый - именно такой! Как будто ритмы сердца чертит на ленте с сеткой кардиограф, Мы пишем: Самый, самый лучший и грандиозный – GRAND AUTOGRAPH!

Management should think about using mobile phones for communication much more conveniently, but let’s say thank you that at least not through Russian post. We were going on vacation from far away, the time difference was 4 hours, which made it even more inconvenient. Constant confusion in booking a New Year's banquet. Which, by the way, was not worth the money at all, the food is disgusting, but the drinks are of high quality and thank you. The announced buffet was meager and not enough for all the guests. The parking lot is too small for all the guests, too. I think this was my last trip to this hotel. When booking a vacation, I got the impression that they were paying me for going to them, and not vice versa.

We were on vacation with children, booked a luxury room, arrived at 12 (it’s very inconvenient that check-in is at 14), offered to wait in the lobby, and our suite was occupied until 18.00, although we booked a week in advance, asked the reception for a compliment, the pool is very cold, and in the hammam there was a temperature that could not be warmed up, the children left exercises in the gym when they arrived in the morning, no one saw them, they found them after insisting on the camera, it turns out they took the staff and returned them. It is stated that the pool and gym are 24 hours a day, but in 23.15 the door was closed, no matter how we knocked, they did not open it and there were a lot of working Uzbeks who speak Russian poorly. The buffet breakfast is good, but dinner is something, two types of salads are already laid out on a plate, from the hot one, pork ribs and fish for the time being, a very, very small line, you can’t really call it. Overall disappointed.

Hammam and Swimming pool in winter are just super. A good 5, with a decent breakfast, varied and tasty. Excellent location, very center of the city. It’s clean, the beds are comfortable, the room is equipped with everything you need.

Lived in a junior suite. I liked the hotel. It has a great location. I didn’t have breakfast, but it smelled very tasty when I walked past. The room is spacious. Quiet. Bathrobe and accessories are available in the room. We were greeted with a plate of fruit. Cleaning and preparation of the room before bedtime is available. There is a swimming pool.

Disgusting service, in case of an emergency, everyone backs down and doesn’t want to do anything, they are rude and talk all kinds of heresy, saying that there is no management and so on, I strictly do not recommend this hotel
