Персонал очень вежливый и доброжелательный. Завтраки хорошие, номера уютные, комфортные. Есть кондиционер, холодильник, телевизор, комфортная душевая, есть фен и, что меня очень впечатлило - светящиеся в темноте планы пожарной эвакуации.
Шторы плотные, солнечный свет не мешает спать.
В коридорах стоят кулеры с водичкой, это огромный плюс.
Шумоизоляция отсутствует напрочь, из коридора слышно всё, а с утра дети бегали по коридору и дёргали дверную ручку. Впрочем, отвратительное поведение детей и глупость родителей никак не относится к отелю.
Местоположение не удобное - рядом нет ни нормальных кафе, ни магазинов. На дорогах постоянная пробка, такси быстро не приедет.
Лифта тоже нет, сумку приходится тащить по лестнице.
Балконы есть, но курить на них нельзя. Почему? Кому это помешает? Ответа нет.
