Group Posadas remains the best option in New Laredo but this hotel requires greater corporate support to have similar conditions to other locations. The facilities are clean and functional and needs to be improved in some services such as the gym (only have a few walkers), the variety in food and staff in the dining room . The TV screen is the largest and better than the rest of the hotels in New Laredo and the beds are very comfortable.

I’m a diamond member, and this is literally the only Best Western hotel in this part of Mexico. The room was horrible. Squeaky, hard beds. I made the reservation for my husband, my daughter and I and only got 2 towels. The water was burning hot, called the receptionist to reported but nothing was done. We only stayed 2 days so the second morning we figured out nothing was done I was just ready to leave this horrible room not to mentioned all the weird noises coming from the restroom fans and the mold on the tub. Horrible horrible service, experience and room. Never again, the price is not even cheap I only go because I’m a member but not even a welcome gift like years ago or a warm welcoming. Absolutely nothing. I will be switching to another chain of hotels.

My experience in reception was very bad, I had a reservation with check in at 3:00 p.m., I was made wait two and a half hours to give me my room, the receptionist is pointing as guests arrive and the passage with each room was very long, I had to get up to present my disrespect and at the moment they made me deliver from my room where the procedure with me was already very short, I think it is a chance ree since many guests waited too long and they had the same disconformity, it is important to consider the valuable time we have and it is not possible to wait for two hours to be able to receive only our room, I have visited several hotels of the same franchise and in all has been very good service, so I can add that breakfast service is good and the transport service you have at the hotel in this case I gave you use and was very kind of the driver and punctual, Not everything is bad but I am sure that if you improve the reception and check in the guests' stay and the image they give as hotel will be very pleasant
