We signed up for a special deal and everything was as stated, good value for money. The motel was very central with off street parking. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Nice linen, we had good wi-fi access. Continental breakfast was as stated, light but was included in the room price. Our host were friendly and we would stay again.

Lovely old historic pub with plenty of dining areas. A treat to sit outside under the grapevine and see the colours of the turning leaves. Order drinks at the bar and order meals from the dining/servery area. Buzzer advises when meals are ready. The smoked trout with beans was much enjoyed. Came with lemon potato salad; so yum. The chicken and mushroom pasta was mostly pasta and the chicken/mushroom more of a decoration. A disappointing dish and wouldn’t order it again.

Great rooms, clean , spacious, had everything you need - very soft towels . Hosts were friendly and helpful . Central location, off street parking . Breakfast was simple but all you need to start the day . Coffee van across the street and yummy donuts

This historic hotel has lots of character and atmosphere and an award winning beer garden, complete with a 150 year old ornamental grape vine. There are 2 bar areas, a dining room and a small 1 table pool area. The bar and restaurant staff are friendly and efficient and very welcoming. We had several meals here during our time in Nundle and apart from the steak which was extremely disappointing, all were tasty and enjoyable. The locally caught trout and salad were the best of the meals we tried. It's a great place to while away a few hours and share drinks and stories with locals and visitors alike.

Just had a delicious lunch here made by the new chef Ben. Great ploughmans lunch and tasty ribs. Sat outside in the beer garden. Very pleasant. The pub has so much history. Shame it's not closer to sydney!

Great country pub. Perfect for bikers whether cruising or off-road. Comfortable rooms with a reasonable range of selections, good amenities, sensational food and friendly atmosphere. Staff are excellent. Beer is cold and well priced and a very pleasant upstairs verandah for staying guests. This was a repeat visit that is always worth the five hour ride to get to. A short hop from there to Tamworth, Uralla and other places on offer in the New England area for day trips, without the hustle of staying in big towns.

The Peel Inn Nundle was a delight! Probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had at a hotel. It was king sized and we had an en-suite! We ate at the restaurant and all had a delicious meal. Especially the trout!

Lovely old pub in the gorgeous town of Nundle. Robert the publican was a great host who even cooked us breakfast. Very comfy king size bed in our ensuite room. The verandah outside our door looked out over the town and to the hills beyond. Perfect place to meet up with friends in a nearby room. Only down side was the rumbling of logging trucks past the door starting from early in the morning. A small price to pay for the privilege of staying in this old and much loved pub.
