The experience exceeded expectations. Every layout is very thoughtful and considerate, and the service is meticulous. I have been to Sangdao, and I don't dare to have too high expectations for hotels, from facilities to hygiene, but this one really exceeded expectations

location is a but far but right on the beach, food was good, gym was dated, rooms needs a bit of refurbishing, staff were great, pools were excellent,

The accommodation was clean and all the staff were friendly.
The pool was clean and nice to play in, and I also enjoyed using the bar.
However, I had to walk about 10 minutes to Neungwi Beach, but there was a sea right in front of the accommodation, so the pool/ocean view was nice.

The level of the staff Organisation is admirable, strict but fair considering the level of the service. I enjoyed the breakfast every single morning . The sky bar is just Woao with the saxophonist on Saturday night. Will be back l.
