We stayed at this hotel for 1 week and honestly it was my best experience. I have visited a lot of hotels in several countries and this restaurant is my favorite. It is a hotel on a human scale whose staff and owner really take care of their customers, whatever the time of day or night. They are always full of attention. There is no security problem, you can leave your belongings without any risk. The food is good, the swimming pool pleasant, and the hotel well located not far from the beach and shops as well as all the restaurants. The wifi is great, the rooms and the entire hotel are remarkably clean. I particularly thank Mr. ALI for welcoming us and taking care to make our stay pleasant, as well as his team MWINYI AND MWANTAMA, EMMACULETA, RAJAB (and his super pancakes), HASSAN, ABDULRAHMAN, and all the others that I did not have quoted. I recommand it !

Me and my family had a very nice stay in Canary . The rooms are luxurious, the internet speed is fast. The breakfast is delicious and the hotel restaurant has very nice and delicious food. I recommend this hotel for anyone coming alone, with family or a couple. Keep up the good work guys . Cheers !

O hotel é super bem localizado com quartos super confortáveis com exceção do box do banheiro que é bem apertado. Os funcionários da recepção são ótimos. Jà não dá pra dizer o mesmo dos funcionários do café da manha onde "não" prá tudo é a palavra de ordem. O café infelizmente é bem fraco e nao faz jus a um hotel 4 estrelas. Nâo tinha nem manteiga apenas manteiga de amendoim e eu que sou alérgica fiquei com pão seco. Pedi aos funcionários e a resposta era sempre nao. Aí implorei ao chef (o unico super simpatico e solíticto) que me cedeu um pouco da manteiga da cozinha. Sem variedade no café e nem chocolate em pó tinha (apenas no último dia. Sugestão é que melhorem o café, disponibilizem manteiga comum, geléia (podem fazer com as frutas locais. Outro ponto ruim é que foi o únnico hotel em 20 dias de viagem que nao repoe a agua dos quartos. Podem melhorar muito nisso e aí a experiencia seria ótima

I was staying in this hotel for 4 nights. The manager was so kind and helpful my whole stay. The agency i booked with didnt transfer the money but he let me stay any way. Then my phone broke the other day and they let me use they laptop to get my hotel adresses, flight numbers, buy a new phone etc. The hotel staff was super friendly and kind all the time. The food in the hotel was amazing and the area is quite nice, the included breakfast was awesome for a good start in the morning with the best views. As well as the Hotel Spa has great deals for massages and if you burn your back the have a nice aloe very treatment. I travelled a lot and saw a lot of hotels but this one has the nicest staff, the best manager and best packages all together. Would highly recommend staying here as well as longer as a few nights.

The hotel has very helpfull and kind staff offering good and quality service’s ,also nice and clean accommodations with extremely clean rooms I highly recommend it they have a good place to come with children and sure they will enjoy it i will come back again

Wonderful stay I really enjoy for my trip.they has good customer care from the beginning until checkout the break fast is amazing alot of choices the room is clean every day changing towels have a spa with gym available steam sauna turkishham i will come back again

Nice location near the beach, staff very friendly, and the food was delicious.I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway by the ocean.I had a wonderful time and can't wait to visit again!I especially enjoyed the sunset views from the balcony and the sound of the waves on the beach. The room was clean and cozy, making me feel right at home. The overall atmosphere was so peaceful and rejuvenating—I truly felt all my worries melt away during my stay.

We stayed at a stunning hotel with an excellent location. The staff were incredibly attentive, the rooms were impeccably clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. During our four-night stay, we were thoroughly impressed and eagerly look forward to returning soon. The management team was also incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit

Clean room, hotel and safe. It's close to the beach and has a restaurant on the roof. It also has a pool which is very nice. The staff and the maneger has given us the best experience of service we have ever seen. They always made sure that everything was alright. If we needet help or anything, the staff or maneger made sure we got help. Amazing hotell.
