A comfortable stay, nice, clean and spacious rooms. Amenities are lacking though with no kettle, coffee or tea in the room. Location is good, a 25 minute walk from the old town.

I am here for an international business conference.
Room and hotel is clean. Location is very close to uBahn as well. Just across the street is a supermakret and bakery. Very convient as well.
However, I dont understand the amenities provided for guest. Kettle to boil hot water - pay 20 euro deposit. (Warm tap water is provided, though not hot enough for tea). Requested for a cup to drink water - pay deposit. Toothbrush - available for purchase. Tooth paste - available for purchase. Tea packets - not available. Microwave is provided, however basic utentils such as fork or spoon require you to pay a deposit. Doesnt make sense for business traveller.
There is also no laundry service nor Iron + ironboard available.
If you're travelling for leisure, I'll definitely reconmend you to go for it. 5 out of 5.
For business, probably not.

The location was good. Very close to the train station. Opposite have the Rewe, very convenient.
The room size was fine for two, and there was a microwave in the room. If you need the tableware or kettle, you could request it at the reception but with 50euro deposit.
Breakfast is also good. Have a fresh make pancake.
