Novotel Nuernberg Centre Ville Reviews

My experience of staying in in Novotel Nuernberg Centre Ville was terrible. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful and when you tried talking to them they actually smirked. We along with my family felt very discriminated as with others they were talking nicely and we being asian were left aside. The housekeeping enters in your room without a knock at 8.20 in the morning even though we are sleeping. it happened every day. HIGHLY DISSAPPOINTING.

Great location, within walking distance to nurenburg alstadt and central Station. Room was really clean, spacious and well lit. Nespresso machine is a nice bonus. Overall great service, great location, would book again.

This hotel is very convenient since is just two block away from main train station. The breakfast is ok, enough variety and the staffs are friendly. The bar downstairs seem like a very good option for meet up too

This hotel is convenient. It is a few minutes walk from the train station and just opposite to the central bus stop.

Location is good with parking spaces

The hotel was only 5 minutes walk from the central station, which was very convenient. There was also spa, swimming pool and gym at the hotel, which were all free of charge👍🏼

Amazing hotel for the price. Loved the room, the lobby, the cafe, the parking and all of the experience was amazing. the most comfortable bed of our 3 week road trip and just a great experience all round well done to this hotel.

The hotel environment is good, there is a swimming pool, there is a lake nearby, you can run, the weather in September is still good, it is worth a visit, the breakfast is also good. The only thing that may be certain is that the front desk service is average, but this is not uncommon in Germany

The only downside is that the hotel's parking garage costs 17 euros. Finds it quite expensive. As far as I'm concerned, they can make it free for guests.

The overall feeling of the hotel room was pretty good, but the water quality in the swimming pool was definitely not clean and the water was changed very rarely. After swimming for an hour, I had a lot of vaginal discharge for the next few days.

The exterior walls are under renovation, and the overall facilities and services are average. Most of them are business-oriented.

It was a very nice hotel near Nuremberg station. The bar was also reasonably priced for a hotel.

The first choice for business, with simple, elegant and fashionable style, clean and hygienic, and convenient for travel!
