An average hotel which was more or less adequate for two nights of a trade show visit. Mineral water only provided on first not second night. Inadequate and poorly located plug sockets in bedroom. My collesgu’s room had no cold water in room, had to shower in the gym shower. Scrambled egg v salty!

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt im Invite Hotel an der Kaiserburg. Die Parkplatzwahl war unkompliziert, die Lage perfekt – nur wenige Schritte zur Altstadt und zur Kaiserburg. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt, ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen!

Great value for money. Staff were very friendly and rooms were a decent size and very clean. Had a great sleep here. This hotel is at the ‘castle’ end of the old town, which we found to be a lovely location. Not far to walk to the train station / restaurants.. but more picturesque / quiet than being right amongst them. Breakfast was nice in a lovely, clean dining area. Would recommend.

Blonde lady at the reception this morning (13.9.25) refused to give me access to my safety deposit box, was rude,loud & aggressive. Demanded she remove items herself, although her colleagues didn’t do that. When I refused she exploded with a rant to my face, told me her manager demanded that. I asked to speak to her manager and she refused. I ended up having to remove some personal items while she watched me do it. Lovely hotel with lovely people but not her. Previously asked for a taxi for 5 persons she refused and said she doesn’t have time for that although her colleagues didn’t the previous day.

We were terrified
Someone broke into our room around 09:30 pm, and according to the receptionist they misschecked in us and then the room was appeared as empty and a keycard miss placed so to another guest.

This is horrible hotel. I met with an accident and was not able to travel to Europe. Inspite of submitting the medical documents they charged me the entire amount as cancellation fees. There was a free cancellation until 8th Feb. I cancelled on 9th Feb just by 1 day delay and that too i was in a critical condition and they charged me the entire amount of 4 days i.e 700 Euros. They don't understand your concern. Neither its General manager will be ready to talk to you. Horrible experience. They don't have humanity. Worst hotel ever.
