Ich bin nach einer langen Anreise unglaublich herzlich von einer Mitarbeiterin im Service empfangen worden und die Zeit bis ich in 's Zimmer konnte, verbrachte ich bei einem sofort angebotenen Kaffee draußen auf der gemütlichen Terasse. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und freundlich modern. Die Kissen waren super fluffig, die Matratzen haben eine super Qualität. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und wird ständig kontrolliert und komplettiert. Das Personal war durchgängig sehr nett, zuvorkommend und umsichtig. Ich fühlte mich sehr gut umsorgt. Herr Hofmeister und seine Kollegin im Service bereiteten uns mit ihrer Begeisterung, Witz, Charme und Herzlichkeit eine wirklich tolle Zeit! Gerne wieder!

Caution !!!!!!!!!!! Disastrous methods !! I was a guest at Hotel Number 1 and forgot my money in the room safe! When I noticed a day later that I didn't have the money, I immediately informed the hotel and shortly thereafter the owner of the hotel contacted me by phone. I told him what happened and with my consent he opened the safe and found the money! When he saw the amount that was in the room safe, I realized that he wanted some of the money too, at least he played it! However, the peak was when my authorized employee wanted to collect the amount, the hotel boss said that he would like a finder's fee, otherwise he would not hand over the money or even tear it up!! I told him that a finder's fee is only usual if you find something, for example. Find on the street and hand it over to the owner out of honesty and not if I forget money in my paid hotel room safe!! He put me under so much pressure that I gave him 200 euros against my will! Otherwise he wouldn't have given me my money back! Please avoid this hotel!!! Will consider legal action!!

Great hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. Delicious breakfasts with a large selection, lemon ginger shot great. Room very clean and spacious. Location with good access, close to the metro station. Parking with a barrier for guests. On a hot day, cold water for the road - a nice gesture. One minus - plots in front of the windows where there was a party and it was noisy.
