I come late, around 5pm. When try to enter, the security guards ask for house number. So I try contact the number on trip booking, but no one answered. I try almost 1 hour. Then, the security give a new number to contact. Then the person ask for deposit rm200, and need to go to other building almsot 1km from that location. Follow the instructions to take the key. After that, you can enter the building. Such a waste of time and no instructions given a day before check. But the house is good.

Check in time delay, waiting about 1 hour for management to do arrangement on check in /change unit without inform.
Cleanliness worst especially toilet. 
The unit look good just lack of maintenance and cleaning issued

The penthouse is big, nice and clean and rental price affordable. Highly recommended ☺️

everything is the best, only there is no spoon and the pot is rusty, but it's still ok because there is a microwave..tq

Check in was a breeze but accommodation cleanliness need to be improved.   We stayed at 3 bedroom penthouse with enough beds for 8 pax.   Overall cleanliness can be improved, no tissue provided while only half a toilet roll to share amongst 6 pax.

We booked a 4 bedroom “penthouse” that was located on level 5 of a 20+ floor building. When questioned we were told that a duplex is the same as a penthouse. Must be different definitions in different countries.   Inside, the apartment was comfortable but lacking many items needed for a family stay. A mini fridge, dirty frypan and dirty saucepan were the only items on hand for cooking. The soap provided in the showers was poor quality as to were the paper thin towels.  Outside facilities such as pool and playground were nice touches. Location was also good for our visit to Legoland.

You need to contact the staff to get the room card to enter the community. After waiting for an hour outside the community, the staff came by car to give the card (you need to speak English all the way). The room is very new, the view is good, and the air conditioning and cooling are also great. There is no toiletries, and the toilet is leaking. Soundproofing is good, the price is quite high, will recommend friends to stay.
