Location is good for a quiet staycation. Issue is the room is very dated - sofas are in bad condition and bathroom has smell of dirty recycled water. The amenities provided were also much lesser than last time I visited this place - now need to PAY 100 RM for Wine glasses! It is not deposit amount but an upfront payment which was not pleasant. Book the neighboring Fraser place instead.

When we enter the apartment, we smell an unpleasant smell. The apartment is spacious and with a nice greenery and sea view. The sofa and dining chair were not cleaned and we found food debris. Were freaked out when we noticed there were 2 worms in between the gap of a dining chair. Called housekeeping to vacuum the sofa and dining chairs. Bed and towels are ok. Overall, the stay is fine except for the cleanliness part. There are supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance.

It’s located at puteri harbour so it consists of chill and relax vibes and I would stay here again

We booked a 3bedrooms apartment but its so dusty everywhere 😅 even 1 of the bedroom’s door cant be lock from inside including the toilet’s door, it was broken. they provided breakfast to your door but it just a normal breakfast 😅 please improve the breakfast. The apartment was huge, suitable for family gathering & the pool have a nice view & big, we enjoyed it so far 👍🏾

We were greeted with sight of an adult cockroach but fortunately it was dead. This made us wonder how long was the unit vacant for or when was it last being cleaned. The lights were flickering and we had to turn it off and the hall became slightly darker than desired. The saving grace was the bed. It was comfortable at least though we were sleeping in fear that there maybe other roaches around.

the service is great and prompt.....the room is clean...but I think the water heater is not working...need more additional amenities

Very comfortable 2 room executive apartment. City view. Reception said to choose premier to get seaview. Apartment has fridge and washing machine cum dryer. This building side by side Fraser Place. Did not choose room with breakfast cos u will get a bento box sent to ur room. We opt for walk in Breakfast at restaurant Swatches at 35rm. Very worth cos quite spread of food n theres fresh juices. Orange, carrot, watermelon celery etc

Found stains on bedsheet, towel and sofa Location is away from town area Supermarket and eateries are within walking distance Hard Rock Cafe is also within reach Nice french restaurant nearby

Lovely place to stay. Love the room. But too much paperwork. Breakfast was a bento. Have to upgrade to buffet but the price is cheap. Hard Rock is also at the same premises. The deposit to be collected at the front desk was RM 200. The highest I’ve seen in all my hotels stay in JB.

I check-in early but the room was not ready, I left my baggage with receptionist, they were kind to bring my baggage to the room when it was ready despite I did not requested it, good job on that. My room was city view, the room was clean, but a little noisy from the compressor, also there was loud noise from the road (I think it was a modified car) in the middle of the night, definitely affected my sleep. Kitchen and laundry area were part of the room, most of the tools/utensils were provided, still there are minor things to improve such as drying rack, or kitchen clothe, or knife sharpener. Breakfast was provided in a box, taste was okay and fresh.

Disappointed with the bento breakfast but otherwise ok. Check-in and out was smooth.

my resting time worth it!

A good hotel that is apartment style. Well equipped with basic necessities as well as simple kitchen hardwares. Spacious and clean, recommended if you’re looking to do your laundry in the room as well as there is a washing machine in the room. Downside is that it is quite far from town, however there are some cafes and a supermarket just below the hotel.

Huge and clean place to stay. The view is dope too, facing the sea. Highly recommend.
