The accompanying dinner is just a piece of fried rice! Forget it if it tastes bad! The meal opening time is actually 19:30! There are no hotels or B&Bs in the world that open meals so late! Everyone is so hungry that a bowl of fried rice is served! ! What configuration is this? ! Everyone, please avoid this trap! No sense of service at all! The room was extremely small and old! I found that no other guests were dining in the restaurant at 19:30. I asked curiously and was told that other guests were dining in the room! How can we have a meal in such a small room? ! Is it such a coincidence that all the other guests don't come out of the restaurant? ! It’s time to understand! Suspected of discrimination!

Hicimos la reserva el día anterior debido a problemas con las reservas previas en otro hotel y no pudo salir mejor. El hotel está en lo alto de la ladera, una casa grande con solo 6 habitaciones con vistas fabulosas al lago. Durante nuestra estancia solo había 3 habitaciones ocupadas por lo que la atención fue muy personalizada. Habitaciones enormes con techos inclinados. Baño con ventana exterior y ducha gigante. Muy limpio, ordenado y bien mantenido. Al volver de cenar encontramos un poco fría la estancia y rápidamente el servicio nos trajo un calentador para estar a gusto durante la noche por lo que nuevamente 100% satisfechos. Teníamos media pensión y tanto el desayuno como la cena, a la carta muy rico y elaborado al momento. Mención especial al CAFÉ ☕️ Si tenemos que señalar algo menos positivo sería el cierre del acceso al balcón no esta 100% sellado por lo que si hay rachas de viento, puedes escucharlo. Pero nada que impida descansar. A nuestra llegada, nos ofrecieron toallas calientes, café y té mientras se ocupaban del chek-in y el equipaje. Un trato de 10. Si vienes a Nuwara, olvídate de grandes hoteles y alójate aquí. Repetiremos

An amazing place with amazing and really accommodating staff. From reception to kitchen staff and house keeping everyone is really people friendly. Great view of the lake. Our room was lovely and neat. Sunit and team went bourbon their way to accommodate our vegetarian meal preferences

This hotel is clean and comfortable, with friendly and helpful service and spacious rooms with a terrace area. There are lovely views over the lake. Unfortunately there are some downsides, depending what you are looking for. It's nowhere near cafes or other services, being situated up a steep hill, hence the great views. When we stayed, there was a fairground across the other side of the lake and the noise echoed up. I don't know how often this occurs, maybe only once a year. Also, next to our room there was a "disco room" which seemed a bit odd - maybe they rent the place out to small groups? Anyway, I wouldn't like to be staying there during someone else's party. Otherwise, it's very good, if a little pricey given the downsides.

They have excellent staff who are so courteous and helpful. Praveen and Sinit were very polite and went out of their way to help us.The stay was very comfortable and the rooms were with amazing view. I would love to come back again here……………..

It's a nice little villa that's perched on top of a hill in the highlands of Nuwara Eliya. It offers a great view of Gregory Lake, and the ammenities are great. Staff are attentive, friendly and approachable. Beds are comfortable and room, clean and spacious. Something to pay attention to, and probably out of the control, is that the road leading up to the place is steep, narrow and (under rainy weather conditions), rather dangerous for vehicles. For a wonderful area with a cool climate such as Lake Gregory, do expect visitors to want to walk, and while there's also a short cut down from the Villa, the steps are not well maintained - there's no handrails, and steps are equally steep and slippery - those with weak knees may want to be careful. Otherwise, for what it offers, it is great service and value, has awesome views and a good recommendation for anyone looking to stay in Nuwara Eliya.

My husband and I had a one night stay at this hotel. Beautiful location with amazing views. Very hospitable manager and staff. Food was well prepared. Clean and neat rooms and bathroom. Lovely view of Gregory lake from this hotel. Would love to visit here again.

I stayed in this property for one night and stayed in a deluxe double room with lake view. It was the most expensive room of the entire holiday, and compared to other cheaper structures, in my opinion there are some points to review. Very spectacular view. Rooms with dated furnishings, bathrooms in need of renovation. Mediocre restaurant, excellent desserts. In the afternoon, a very thick fog almost always rises on the lake, we were able to enjoy the view in the morning before leaving.
