The property is very good . We a family of 5 has two nights stay. The property is well Maintained and more than worth the money spent. The Food layout spread was also excellent with good quality of food for both vegetarians and Non-vegetarians The Dinning hall incharge Mr Noel and his team was very polite and courteous, extending personal attention to all guests The swimming pool is well maintained with heated water, keepin in the temperature of 16 degrees celcious. Enjoyed pool Over all worth the money spent

Excellent place to stay. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Picturesque surroundings. Rooms are spacious, clean and elegant. Very comfortablly furnished. Spacious clean washrooms with good decor. Meal buffet were a good spread, lots of variety to choose from and tasted good.

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön umgeben von Feldern und Teeplantagen etwas außerhalb . Zimmer sind zweckmäßig aber auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen nicht alle mit Kühlschrank. Das Essen war ordentlich aber das Kochen im Essbereich führt leider dazu das es nicht nur im Restaurant sondern im gesamten Haus nach Essen riecht. Ein absolutes no go.

An older style rambling hotel. I had a large quite elegant room with a good bathroom and nice shower (which leaked water onto the bathroom floor so be careful); plenty of hot water. Situated surrounded by tea plantations and they provided loose tea and a teapot in the room to make tea - was a nice touch. Dinner buffet was very good with a huge selection and daily specials made to order. Wi-Fi in the room was quite slow. Service was pleasant if slow at times. Laundry service returned clothes the same day

Hotel Blackpool in Sri Lanka is a true hidden gem. Tucked away in the hills, it’s a beautiful, serene escape with some of the best views we've experienced—especially from the stunning infinity pool overlooking the misty landscape. The staff here are amazing: attentive, generous, and always ready to help make your stay special. Our room was spacious and clean, with views that made every morning feel magical. The food was another highlight, from local dishes to a fabulous high tea that felt like a true treat. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with great service and views, Hotel Blackpool is perfect.

Everything is really Great, especially the Food and the Service in the Restaurant, For example by Chamidu and all the other helpful and friendly Boys! The Cook is brilliant. There is the possibility of swimming in a heated Pool, but it is not always calm!

The hotel was very clean and tidy place.I can recomend this hotel as one of the best places to be in Nuwara Eliya.The view,food , staff service was amazing.My special thanks to Mr.Thilan for managing the resort in a good way.Our room was well prepared and decorated for our honeymoon .(thanks to Deepan from HSKP)
