We had 1 night at this hotel, it was the 4th in our trip. The hotel feels impressive on arrival, it is huge, with 2 or 3 buildings. We were in the adjacent building but the access is through the hotel and area with shops so we didn't feel as if we were leaving the main complex. The room was a double room with 2 beds, large with enough space for our luggage. Blankets are provided and used given the temp fall in this area in the evening. The room was clean, bathroom large with basic toiletries. Shower worked well, hot water, good pressure. We had h/b: the food hall is massive to accommodate the large tour groups for this large hotel. dinner was ok, out of all of the other hotels, this had the least options however there was veg/ non-veg, Sri Lankan and Western food. Pasta station which felt the norm, soup, salad. Tea/Coffee the later not freshly made. For Breakfast there was a fresh dosa station - these were the best Dosa's we had from the 5 hotels we went to (with exception of the Taj). The food wasn't so spicy you couldn't eat it. We enjoyed breakfast. lots of fruit etc. It was a great option for the area.
