“Not Recommended for Family ” I would not recommend this place as it’s more of a homestay with minimal facilities, lacking the professional hotel environment. Reaching the property is challenging due to narrow and steep roads. Conditions of the rooms and bathroom are horrible. However, one positive aspect was the beautiful morning view from the hotel.

We were really pleased with our stay at the Misty mountain villas. It is a very nice hotel with the breathtaking view and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Nuwara Eliya. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and the breakfast was delicious. I would like to thank property manager Saliya, Lakmali and housekeeping staff Arun for their excellent hospitality. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Nasty place. Do not visit this place . Only good thing about this place is the scenic location. 1) Windows are out of order. The wind and mist even the rain leak into the room. Because one of the windows couldn’t be fully closed. 2) linen was dirty. And pillows were smelly 3) The water in the bathroom was dirty and muddy 4) In the websites they say they provide hair dryers but there wasn’t any
