Overall the hotel is great. Staffs are very friendly and well secured. Didn’t manage to use the pool facility because it was closed at 8pm. Nuwara Eliya is a very nice place!

One of the most satisfying hotels in this trip, the rooms are huge and the decoration is luxurious. Attentive English service, breakfast and dinner are great. I heard that there were many Chinese guests before the bombing, and this time the hotel was a Chinese. I heard that I had to spend more than a thousand nights, we only need more than 600. I hope to get better soon!

A very pleasant stay! There is no front desk check in, the housekeeper will help you handle it and bring it into the room. The key to the room is really wooden 🔑! The hot water is not stable, and it will be cold after washing. The swimming pool is indoors, but unfortunately it will not open after 6 pm

Appearance: It is as exquisite as the building blocks I played with when I was a child, and it is very good for taking pictures. Interior: Noble and elegant, full of age but not old at all. Catering: There are buffet and Indian restaurant a la carte for dinner. We choose to taste the authentic Indian meal. The curry is really quite enough, but it is acceptable. In particular, we would like to commend SanKaLpa who served us. He is a very humorous Yala guy. He enthusiastically recommends and introduces special delicacies for us, making our dining experience particularly comfortable👍 Service: Everyone is full of enthusiasm from the moment they enter the lobby, unlike some guides that discriminate against Chinese people, they don't feel it at all. Supporting facilities: The swimming pool is so beautiful, there are few people, and it is a little hidden; the small garden is also very pleasant to stroll around.

Great hotel. The dinner was excellent with a variety of food options. The staff were extremely nice especially Sameera during dinner service. He ensured my family and I were well taken care. The hotel room was very nice. The shower was large which was a plus for me. Only thing I would suggest is an operational bar near the pool. I live in a desert so the fresh air and views of the mountains was literally a breath of fresh air 😉 Bryan U.S.A.

wowwwww..... simply wowww one of the best hotel ever visited , from the ambience , location , food everything was simply fantastic . the warm welcome what they do to every guest by serving their home recipie tea along with doing tika on head made us feel super special . the checkin process was very fast and made our stay very comforable. would special thank king nobert who was incharge of restaurant , pradeep pastry chef ,shanmu sous chef, and many more staff who are the heart of this property which makes all the guest stay super special ..... A Special thanks to Krishna who takes care of tea factory she is the gem this hotel has. her warmth and love given to us was par apart , one of the clean hearted human ever met. must must visit this property ....
