All good but need more amenities

The room is very cozy in design, in a small villa. The owner and staff are very enthusiastic. The Western breakfast is rich, and you can eat breakfast while looking at the mountain view, which is very beautiful~

This hotel is located a little off the mountain, and there is nothing wrong with it. The room is big, all wooden floor, very clean. The food is also very good and rich. Standing on the top floor of the hotel, you can see the sunset, the scenery is very good. There are also various flowers planted outside the hotel. Because it is located on the top of the mountain, the location is a little off, the price is not expensive, and it is a very quiet place.

It is really a homestay in the mountains. It is all made of wood, very clean and sanitary. The bed is of good quality. It is cold at night, but the hot water is very good. The cups are thick but not heavy. The breakfast is also good.

Hotel on Chashan Mountain, good service, good facilities, very clean

We went to this amazing place after being frustrated with a hotel we booked earlier. We were too late to check-in after looking out for so many hotels in the are and my fiance just picked this up randomly our of near by hotels. We went there as fast as we could and waited for outside for few minutes for the owner to come and open the door, immediately we were mesmerized by the hotel interior and the owner greetings. He show us 2 rooms and was kind enough to give us a good deal on the best view room in the premises. Facing the towards the Nuwera Eliya. Room was all hardwood floored, cozy blankets and so peaceful, washrooms was filled with all amenities needed and hot water was spot-on. He sent us some fine tea with some ginger biscuits that was s god's sent at the time. Hotel faced Nuwera Eliya town with tea feilds on the front and on the sides there were vegetable fields surrounding. We had nice chat with the owner in the evening and tried to pet one of his cute dogs was guarding under the front porch, although it didn't work :). We asked for dinner at the hotel and it was really nice and affordable, breakfast was fabulous and hearty too. Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful us to find a cab in the morning too. Highly recommend if you are looking for us fine , clean and affordable place to stay. Cheers!!

This amazing place offers a beautiful view and is a great choice for staying in the Nuwara Eliya area. We stayed in a King Room with a Mountain View for one night. The room was clean and had a wonderful terrace. Managed by a lovely family, we were greeted with tea upon arrival, and the room was equipped with a heater and a warm blanket—perfect for the cool mountain climate of Nuwara Eliya. Although we arrived late, we were pleased to find that dinner was available. While the menu was limited, it ensured we didn't go to bed hungry. The breakfast was exceptional, one of the best we've experienced in Sri Lanka. Cottage San Francesco is cozy, quiet, and a lovely place to stay. What a fantastic experience it was staying here. Please ask for Indu to pick you up and drive you around in either his spacious van or locally tuk tuk. He also has a small store nearby with a lovely helpful family. He is a gentleman. The host family are just beautiful people. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are extremely comfortable and well appointed. The views are breathtaking. They also cooked dinner for us one night - which was superb. We were advised to stay here by both family and friends and are so thankful we did.

Wonderful stay at Nuwara Eliya. We had booked 4 rooms. Hotel facilities very well maintained. Rooms are very cleaned. New towels & bed linen. Inbuilt heating facility. Very calm atmosphere. Family style breakfast served on the table. Very friendly staff.

Superb!!!! Very perfect there are no other words for this hotel. since we are in Sri Lanka the best solution found. a lovely place just like a mountain chalet, all perfectly clean, functional, new but above all beautiful. the very large room with attention to the smallest details, very spacious and very clean bathroom. we had dinner in the hotel in the evening and she is a super chef, the guys are very good and very nice in their courteous and respectful ways. a magical place. the center is 3km away but it's worth it

Just wanted to say a huge Thank you for letting us stay at the last minute. You are a lovely family and we appreciated all of the your hospitality. The rooms were all well appointed and modern with some great views. Wishing you every success for the future

a very bad guest house, I would not advise anyone to book this place. the road to the house is very bad and dangerous , there is no sign , the location on the map is wrong , there are no signs where to go . a very terrible and terrible road to the house . when we arrived, no one met us, although we called when we were looking for a way, but still no one came out to us. when we were given a room , it did not match what we ordered , since we ordered with a balcony , the owner said that the room with a balcony was occupied . we were outraged that the main priority we need is a view because of this we came to Nuwara eliya . the owner refused us and we said that then we would stay only for one night and leave tomorrow morning . khoshchyain said pay for two more nights or he won 't give us a room . we paid for two more nights . and the next day they left . the room that was given was terrible , the ceiling is very low , it 's hard to breathe , the window looks at the construction site , the window is very small in the room . the heater in the room does not work . in general , the hotel is terrible , the owner is very rude . I would not advise anyone to book this house
