The location is very good, and it is very convenient to travel. You can walk around. The food is average, not suitable for Chinese people, but everything else is good.

The facilities are a bit old.

It is next to the local century-old Grand Hotel, but the price/performance ratio of the rooms is larger and newer than that of the Grand Hotel. Overall, it is good.

An exotic hotel. Especially in the drizzly morning, it makes people feel like they have traveled through time. There are golf courses around, holy Buddha statues, and the singing of birds and the fragrance of flowers, which makes people forget to leave. Transportation and shopping are convenient, and you can savor the ancient city. Facilities, services and breakfast are excellent. When in Nuvo, it’s best to come and stay…

Great location in Nuwara Eliya. Very warm welcome, very nice room with all the necessary inside! We still encountered a problem with electricity and hot water. The buffet is good but expensive ++ compared to other hotels that offered us exactly the same thing Nice hotel but too high considering its whole

Great for value. Heart of nuwaraeliya. Stayed in a twing room. Superb room condition. Well maintained. Will come again for sure. Room contains in room seating area, suitable for in room gathering, enjoyed a lot. Nicely warmed swimming pool. Thanks for the staff for the hosting.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was short, but definitely sweet. Their service is great and the rooms are clean, new, modern & spacious. The restaurant has a great breakfast buffet and their seating capacity is huge. We will be back agoin soon!

Had an amazing stay at Araliya Green City Nuwera Eliya. The hotel is very clean and located in the heart of Nuwara Eliya City. The rooms are luxurious, super clean and spacious. The hotel is having indoor heated pool which is a great experience. Gym in the hotel is good for a quick workout. Room heaters are great. Buffets are having awesome spread. Specially desert corner is the best spread I have experienced in Sri Lanka. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Our special thanks goes to Vignesh, Vinushi, Nethmi, Krishanthan and Shehan, who helped us to make our anniversary stay tremendous.

Gorgeous hotel in a prime location. Rooms are large and spacious. We had a corner room with large French windows on two sides. Wall to wall carpeting (colour is a bit jarring... same colour in room as well as in corridors). The TV unit in the room is very small compared to the size of the room. The breakfast and dinner spread were good but limited vegetarian options. Also, they don't understand the concept of keeping veg and non-veg options separate. Everything was mixed.

It was great The service was excellent who were there really helpful staff vignesh he was very nice and also lumbini and krishanthan and manuka pasindu were very good staff highly recommend the room was very good and the hot pool was very clean
