Really nice clean hotel

Nice hotel but dismal room, not up to 5 star standards. Very pleasant infrastructure and swimming pool. However, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired… The sheets in the room were full of blood when we arrived. They came to change them quickly after our request. The carpet in the room was also very damaged. The buffet meals were clearly not up to par with other hotels we had the chance to experience before. Varied choices but few tastes, tasteless… Please note, taxes and others are not included in the prices written on the drinks menu. In short, no value for money. This hotel is too expensive compared to the quality of the services offered. However, the staff was very pleasant.

Golden Ridge is a great hotel in the Nuwara Eliya area. It is newly opened. It is worth staying here to experience the different scenery in the mountains when you come to Sri Lanka's tea area🍵

I stayed at Jinling for two nights and it was quite good. The hotel is located on a hillside. The scenery outside the window is very beautiful. The temperature is several degrees lower. It often rains. It is very close to the Pink Post Office and the Governor's Palace.

Another hotel in Sri Lanka that was seriously criticized...I almost doubted my judgment...I was completely afraid to book another hotel. My heart was churning for a while...It was the collapse of my personal IQ estimation and judgment...Value for money The lowest hotel ever! There is no one like this~~You can book a lot of hotels at this price~~The price I booked is around 1900...It is not even worth a fraction of this price...They used gorgeous deceptive photos to deceive me~~The most angry thing The thing is, I really believed it...🥲The facilities in the photos posted on Ctrip are not in the same building at all~~The lights are turned off everywhere in this hotel, the corridors are dim, and there is no one around. It feels really semi-** Very bad...The environment is like that of a sanatorium for business leaders in China in the early 1990s~~The materials are all very cheap~~The table will shift if I press it hard on the table while eating...If the price matches, I think I want to save money I chose it based on money. I am willing to accept this situation. After all, I cannot ask for too much~~ But the fact that I paid a certain price makes me feel like I have been cheated... and the sound insulation of the room is super poor... What did the next door say? You can hear everything~ You can even hear it when you take a shower... There are really many choices at this price, and it is best to choose one near the pink post office~~... Oh, I really regret it... After a day of bumpy roads, I can go to a comfortable place. The hotel will make people feel much better... super dissatisfied

Very nice. The room should be upgraded. There is a huge bathtub, but I didn't use it.

I was impressed by all of the staff within the hotel, specially Dilshan de Silva has done his job perfectly. The stay was lovely, loved the food. Everything looked really new when we were there. Excellent location, superb services, helpful staff, waht else do you need? Will definitely come again to this place.

The staff are amazing. Very accommodating and fast service. Buffet food really good with excellent variety. The views are spectacular. The manager is very helpful and always makes sure that you’re comfortable. Even the F&B manager is so hospitable asking if the food is up to expectation. Overall, will definitely stay here again

I recommend it this hotel for everyone specially if you are couple in the honeymoon. We really enjoyed this magical place full of peace with the presence of the charming nature surrounding us from each side. Thank you very much because you made us have special 9th anniversary
