A disaster ! To flee. (English Below) - The sheets and linen were stained and dirty (see photos). - The window of one of the bathrooms was broken and blocked, open... although it is cold in Nuwara Eliya (see altitude). - The heating did not work in 2 of the 3 bedrooms upstairs. - A bus is located near the accommodation playing music until after midnight, in nightclub mode (see photo). Impossible to sleep. - The accommodation has no particular charm, no real view. - It is very far from the city center (around 30 minutes by car) and in an area where there are not really any restaurants while the accommodation does not offer any... We spent one night out of the 3 initially planned and had to relocate at our own expense! ---- A disaster! To flee. Everything was so good. Lemas delivered to all its ends. From delicious meals to excellent service, we were able to enjoy staying at Nuwara Eliya to the best!! They helpes us out a lot with travelling too. Will be coming back for sure!
