Hotels near Gena Lisa Lingerie, Nyack

So this is an old Holiday inn that was rebranded in Sept 2021. No secrets here. When you get in you think it's a pretty nice place, lots of common area that are nice. The bad starts when you start walking to your room. The hallways pipes are leaking and there are garbage cans to catch the water and boards installed on the floor. Most of the room where not even used and kept empty. About 20-30 cars in the parking. Didn't look like they were renovating. Rooms are OK at best, not super clean... Pool was decent for the kids. Le locking outside doors don't all work so anyone can get in at night so security is an issue. A lot of the room where just kept open with swing bar. I could have entered a room and slept there for free with my sleeping bag. Only one of the 4 ice machine was kinda working. Water pressure was so high that it hurt showering. Not sure where they are going with the hotel, it's big and could be nice. We won't be back to this one. Price was ok for 1 night. If you like to walk there is nice trail in the wood just 3 minutes drive behind the hotel, it was lots of fun with the kids.

This hotel shows Double Tree on the map, and the street tag is also Double Tree, but it is Hilton, so don't hesitate to go straight in. It is estimated to be cooperative. However, the facilities and renovations are in accordance with the standards of the Hilton Hotel, and the charges are normal roadside motel prices, so the price is very high. The first floor room has a balcony door to sit in the garden and have a cup of tea.

Valet parking, excellent service, large rooms. When I arrived, there was a feeling of Alice in Wonderland.

What a wonderful experience after a long drive! Ryan kindly greeted us as we straggeled in and made us feel so welcomed. We took a lovely walk through the wooded back area of the hotel and began to feel much better. The room was super clean and WONDERFUL!! I would love to just move in! The dinner in the bar area was cooked perfectly. The carry-out breakfast was full of delicious goodies! Absolutely everyone who worked there went out of their way to be friendly and helpful in any way. I have recommended it to all my friends and look forward to staying there again (next time for more than one night!!).

I'm sure that if you need a bed to sleep in, this place is fine. Do not have a situation or circumstance that requires manager assistance, forget it! I'm a travel nurse working for a nearby hospital. The night before my scheduled reservation, I tested positive for covid. I immediately contacted the hotel to let them know, and was old to forward my results to the managers email address, and they would refund my stay. I sent the results the next day and called to follow up a few days later. I was told the manager was out and to call in 2 days after 3pm. This happened several times for a few weeks before I actually received correspondence from the manager stating that I would need to contact Priceline to get the refund authorized. I immediately called them and they went through the same process with contacting the manager as I did. Eventually, she declined to give he refund. I hen escalated to the Better Business Bureau, and she chose not to respond to that either. I even attempted to reach back out via email thinking she may empathize with my situation and again, she chose not to respond at all. I'm disgusted at this behavior and will not choose them again.

An apartment-like hotel contained kitchenwares including stoves, microwave oven, washing machine and utensils which are convenient for guests. Also, it’s closed to various supermarkets which are convenient for buying any commodities. An improvement area included the cleanliness of the room (as I could find small flies around the toilets in my first 3 days).

Came to Sonesta to rest the night after having a terrible day and my day immediately became better off of two interactions with the staff. Danaya and a bartender who I saw from 6-7pm. I was on line ready to check in with a down look on my face since I wasn’t able to return home after working a double at the hospital. As I go up to check in I’m greeted with this amazing energy, positive attitude, vibe and aura that can immediately make you smile after just a couple of sentences. This person is Danaya. She made my day so much better after just a small conversation. I did come back down later to drop my girlfriend off to her car and again me and her both were greeted with the same energy that I had received a couple of hours earlier. I do believe that every job and every place deserves someone like Danaya! The amount of joy I received after checking in truly made my night so much better and I wish her all the best! I wish I had asked for the bartender’s name who made me a Caribbean rum punch! I sat down after speaking with Danaya who told me about happy hour, and ask the bartender for his favorite drink since I had just turned 21 a week/ 2 weeks ago. He immediately went to work on the first drink I’ve had out of the many I’ve had in this short time that I enjoyed. I’m not big on Alcohol since I’m just now exploring it but the one he had made for me was amazing. With his cheerful attitude and quickness of the drink I was definitely grateful for him being there! Wish him all the best also! The room was amazing and something not many people realize is how important it is to have such good water while showering. I feel like it’s always overlooked but my shower was fantastic here. The king sized bed I had was like sleeping and a cloud and the channels they had were great to watch. Tv was amazing and everything was clean. The window has an amazing view! This hotel is amazing. From the rooms, to the guest and to the staff that do their best to provide nothing but the best service you can receive. Any hotel can offer a bed to sleep on and a happy hour but none do it better than Sonesta! Thank you to all who work there and I wish you the best in life. And another personal thanks to Danaya, the bartender who served me, and to whoever cleaned my room before and after my stay! I wish nothing but great things for you guys! Stayed at the hotel July 15 to July 17, 2022. First night I checked in went to my family event on Friday night,went back to my room key would not work went to front desk 3 times that night they finally contacted someone on maintenance to let me in. Second day went to brunch again after going back to room key would not work 2 more times to front desk and maintenance opens the door.Got dress for a BBQ at hotel and 2 hours later went back to my room to get rest before next event again key not working to get in room front desk person comes up to my room and can't open the door either.She tells me she will be back and never returns 20 minutes later I go down to find out what is going on and let her know she just left me waiting in hallway,she informs me she had to call maintenance to come repair the lock,after waiting in lobby for 2 hours maintenance shows up and can't open door either, said the front desk person gave him dead batteries, so he had to go to store for batteries. 2.5 hours later I get in room medicine and clothes were in room. Had 30 minutes to get dressed for a formal event which I was late. Later after event the key still doesn't work can't make this up smh. After all the waiting and not being able to get in room the only want to give me $50 off unacceptable. Do not stay at this hotel never again worst customer service ever!!!

Think twice before staying here! I just experienced the worst, most heartless costumer service at a hotel. We decided to rent a one night stay at the Residence Inn in Saddle River because our kids had a soccer tournament in town and we thought it would be such a nice treat to be able to jump in the pool ​after such a hard and well earned season. I called a couple hotels in the immediate area and decided to go with this one. Although it was one of the more expensive ones, when I called ahead I was told they had a pool and breakfast- just what we were looking for. Unfortunately the rain put a damper on our beautiful afternoon right before check-in. After check-in we were given wrist bands for the pool, but then got a call immediately afterwards saying they were closing the pool due to the weather. I understood, but asked if I could please be offered a courtesy of a pool pass for tomorrow afternoon since that was the sole reason for wanting to stay at this hotel, and my children were in tears. The front desk said there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to the manager to see if they can make an exception. The manager Carrie Carpenter called me and was heartless and rude! She said there are rules and we can use the pool between 8-10am ( completely disregarding that I mentioned my kids have a tournament with games between 7 and 11am in the morning). She completely neglected my concerns and after basically begging her to accommodate me her response was, ” Anything else I can help you with?” No Carrie, actually you haven't helped one bit, not at all... ***Update *** I hate to inform that the rooms don't come with sheets and a blanket for your pull out bed, and don't bother asking the front desk because the answer you'll receive will be, ”you can come get them at the front desk”. I guess we will be sleeping without blankets tonight since my children are already fast asleep..... Oh and what a surprise, there is a sign on the fridge that says they arent offering breakfast, (Let me remind you they did say they offered breakfast when I called to reserve) .....so terrible Save yourself the money and stay at the Holiday Inn instead.
