The stay was outstanding. The breakfast was fantastic, and the room was very clean and outstanding. The shower was great. I will definitely come back to this hotel when I return to Chicago. It was a great experience, and the staff was incredible.

We checked into the property got to our room the bathroom shower had mold in the ceiling talked to the young lady at the desk and she explained she couldn’t move us due to the bad storm we were having which I understood but then the next day talked to the manager and she moved us later that day into a room that the front door didn’t lock we had to pull the latch out which was a security risk so I get ready to check out I ask the young lady for the bill there was no type of compensation for all the inconveniences all we got was we sorry for the inconvenience which I thought was not the way to treat a guest who is paying to stay at your establishment

They did not respect my reservation for a suite. They gave me a regular room. We did not fit. My daughter had to sleep on the floor… so annoying

Nice hotel with updated amenities and rooms. Uncharged prices for Vending Machine items that you can only get in the Lobby area. The pool was closed and an elevator was out of service while I was there, so typical hotel issues.
