The hotel is on a hill. It is relatively quiet and has a good view. The lady at the front desk is very kind. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is very good, including egg pancakes and ham sausage. It is the best one recently. Good reviews!

We stayed at the Comfort Inn for 7 days due to my dad’s funeral. Was hesitant because of the inexpensive rate, but it was WONDERFUL. Liz and Holly at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. Everything was immacutely clean, Housekeeping here actually does your room everyday!! The ladies who prepare the breakfast are also great! If you need a clean, friendly, very affordable place to stay, i recommend the Comfort Inn in Butler.

The facility (though not very big - only three floors) was comfortable and clean. Better than many Comfort Suites in which we have stayed. The room - though a bit small - was clean and the beds were comfortable. The heating unit is good - but the bathroom was a bit small. Overall, it was a good place to stop for any overnight. The only "glitch" in our stay was that the elevator went out of service in the morning. Fortunately, by that time - we had our luggage already downstairs and loaded in the car. Breakfast was very good and comparable to better Choice Hotels.

Excellent staff and well maintained property. Easy checkin, clean room, and quiet location. Breakfast was well done. Housekeeping did an excellent job. Another family member had an issue with someone smoking and disregarding the hotel policy. Hotel staff handled the problem quickly and appropriately with concern for other guests. Highly recommend property.

My husband and I stayed in this Comfort Inn for a few days recently, while attending a family event. I highly recommend it. Everything was very clean. Nice fluffy towels, strong shower. The beds are quite comfortable. Heat/A/C is quiet. The breakfast had good hot food (mini omelets and bacon or sausages). The front desk staff and cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful. If you are in the area, this is one to try. Also, if you enjoy art, check out the Maridon Museum just a few miles from this hotel. Amazing Asian art.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and friendly. The bed and linens were super comfy and relaxing, nice thick towels, soft pillows. Tiny bathroom if that matters to you. I don't understand why all toilets are not handicapped height in hotel/motels. It should be considered for those that are tall and older.

We had a one-night stay before meeting up with a larger group at a much more expensive hotel closer to Pittsburgh. We arrived after a long drive around midnight. The front desk staff member who checked us in was friendly and efficient. When we got to our spacious room we had one housekeeping problem with the sofa bed, but even at the late hour our concern was addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. In the morning, we could see the nice setting outside our window from this hotel up on a hill. We also appreciated the nice little kitchenette setup in the room. Breakfast was the typical offering, nothing special but sufficient. We requested and were granted, without hesitation on behalf of the staff member at the front desk, a short extension beyond the standard checkout time. It seems unlikely that I'll need a room in Butler very often, but I'd definitely stay here again if I do return to the area.

We always stay at this hotel when visiting family in Butler, PA. Never a disappointment. Always a friendly staff, great breakfasts, clean and comfortable rooms. The beds are so comfortable and plenty of pillows and covers to keep ya warm. Nice amenities also.

Due to last minute cancellation of husband's surgery we did not get to stay our night. AMIT at hotel was very nice and helpful. Even called to see how it went with Choice Privileges representative, which he did not have to do.
