"Clean, new, but a bit noisy because of proximity to highway. Convenient but less convenient to its neighbor Hampton inn. Front desk ( African American) lady at 3pm shift on Aug 31 was very condescending and impatient. She is not a fit for hospitality job, maybe not her fault . The cleaning staffs are hardworking, and welcoming than front desk. Breakfast is rich"

"The hotel is clean and sanitary. There is hot water at the front desk, which I never expected. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym. However, we arrived very late when we were in a hurry, and we had to check out early the next day, so we didn't experience it."

"Rooms are not the pics online! Online pics show NEW rooms. No closet. No trash removal. You take your own trash out. Staff claims they can't speak understand English. Deceptive!!! The rooms are old they say they have been updated if this is updating it is to '90s. The deception is in the room description there is no sofa bed there's no sitting area there is no kitchenette in the king size room. Don't stay here. There is No free breakfast. This place is a DUMP!!"
