Very good location, very decent breakfast and clean rooms.

Near Auckland Chinatown, I booked it because I needed to catch a train early the next morning. I personally feel that it is still a long way from the Amtrak train station. Overall it looks very clean and has an American breakfast.

The room is clean, the breakfast is simple American style, no vegetables. The service is unprofessional and responsible. For the first time in my life, I entered a hotel room without a bed! Then the waiter said, oh, the bed was repaired in this room today. Oh, it seems very normal. I want to say that it is normal to repair the bed, but it is extremely abnormal to arrange a room without a bed for customers!

This was one of the cleaner hotels I've stayed at recently. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast options were good and everything tasted fresh. The only issue was that there was no fan in the bathroom.

The Hotel was excellent just Parking was alittle difficult because of area but outside of that it was a great stay!!

My hotel room and breakfast accomodations were good. My one complaint is that there was no fan in the bathroom and the door does not close only slides mostly closed.

The room was clean. However, water was leaking from a part of the floor, causing a section of the carpet to remain continuously wet.

Parkin was 50.00 because the area is not safe to park your car and your extra fees are to much after you advertise at low rate ******* you have screwed me Twice thanks for screwing my night up for my trip

We were aboard Amtrak when they announced the train would be annulled in Oakland. I searched on my phone and found this facility not far from the station, and was happy to see what a nice place it is. Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful, the hotel is fairly new and in excellent shape and very clean. There is no in-hotel restaurant, but a breakfast buffet is available and the hotel is located 300 feet from Chinatown with a multitude of nearby Chinese restaurants plus a couple sandwich shops in the same block. The Marriott is 1 1/2 blocks away with excellent suppers. This is a great facility located in a typical downtown big-city environment.

This is a new hotel downtown Oakland. Although the area is kind of sketchy, I felt safe in the hotel. The room was small but very comfortable. Breakfast was OK. The ladies at the reception and breakfast area are really nice. I will stay here again.

Oakland alternative to expensive SF...1 block to BART helpful staff...very nice breakfast and fitness center

The hotel itself was great - clean, wonderful staff, solid breakfast. Parking was $50 a night which was more than I would have expected. Unfortunately, I would not stay there again because of the location. On Friday night at 1:45 we awoke to the sound of about 20 gunshots at the club on the corner of the same block. On Saturday night when that club closed at 2am there was a lot of noise. I would not have felt safe walking around at night, and even during the day it wasn't great.
