Muy descuidada y vieja para el costo que se cobra, no garantizan seguridad de tu vehiculos y no hay un orden en el uso de las amenidades, asi mismo el desorden genera riñas dentro de las areas comunes del hotel y pone en riesgo a la propia familia que va de manera de descanso y diversion

Pésimo !!! me encuentro aún hospedado aquí y el hotel va de mal en peor ! Estamos en sección tulipanes y nos quedamos sin agua!!! Eran las 5 de la mañana cuando me di cuenta por medio del wc ! No pude hacer nada en ese momento y cuando reporte en recepción tal cual me dijeron que se quedó pegado el flotador y por eso no había agua ! la peor noche de mi vida porque mantenimiento subió a revisar haciendo ruido a esa hora ! falta de mantenimienton indiscutible en todas las instalaciones, atención al cliente regular por la mayor parte del personal te atienden como de mala gana y como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor. Mala experiencia en esta ocasión !

Desactivaron la tarjeta del cuarto a las 2am porque no realizaron el cobro al llegar a hacer el check-in. Nos obligaron a ser escoltados por seguridad a la habitación para poder tomar una tarjeta y realizar el pago, sin el más mínimo tacto.

No me presente y deje perder mi reservación pagada por que nunca no me atendieron para reservar un evento de cena de año nuevo que harán ahí , me contestaban y me dejaban en línea y me colgaban en 3 ocasiones fue lo mismo y no quise arriesgarme y llegar al hotel y que no hubiera lugar para la cena

Un excelente lugar, súper cómodo y privado. Vine a un congreso, la logística me pareció excelente, sus espacios son grandioso, la comida ni se diga. Yo recomiendo ampliamente el lugar para cualquier evento.

La estancia en el hotel ha sido simplemente increíble. Las instalaciones son de primera clase, desde los distintos conjuntos de hospedaje. En cuanto a la comida, cada bocado fue una delicia.
