We would like to point out that the room type you selected during reservation is an economical twin room. Your reservation is sent to you as confirmation by the agency you purchased it from. Thus, the room and bed type information you have purchased is clearly visible. 2. You purchased an economical room with two separate beds, and in your note you requested a sea view room and a double bed when you arrived. Do you think this makes sense? It doesn't make sense to us. We offer different room types to suit our guests' needs and budgets; these options are not available to take advantage of. In our opinion, it is unethical to purchase the lower priced room type and expect a higher priced sea view room without paying an additional fee. You purchased an economy room and were given an economy room. Therefore, it is unethical to write bad comments. 3. As a pet-friendly hotel in Alanya, we do not accept your dog comments in any way, as we do not discriminate against people or animals. Regardless of which room type you choose, we offer the same service and quality to our guests and pets in all our rooms. 4. Instead of paying twice as much and choosing a different hotel, you could stay in our sea view room for an additional fee. We would like to remind you that when our receptionist offered you the price difference, you did not accept it and preferred to stay in the economy room. Based on your economic reservation and your request for a double bed, you have been given an economical room with a double bed.
