This was our first visit to the Gartenhotel Rosenhof and less than a week later we are on the website looking to book a return trip! We loved our stay here, our room was clean, well appointed and with glorious views over the mountains. The family who run the Rosenhof are incredibly helpful and friendly and answered our endless questions about cable car passes and walking routes. We even bought some of their homemade rose marmalade home with us! This was our favourite holiday yet - just perfect.

Das Gartenhotel Rosenhof ist ein wunderbares familiengeführtes Hotel mit sehr sympathischen Besitzern. So nett empfangen wurden wir noch nirgends. Es ist eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Im Hotel spürt man, dass man als Gast keine "Massenware" ist. Die Anlage ist großzügig und schön gestaltet. Da kommen wir sicherlich wieder.

Das beste Hotel, mit einer überaus freundlichen Atmosphäre, sowie einem sehr guten Freizeit-Angebot. Ein absoluter Erholungsgewinn. Wunderschöne Lage am Waldesrand. Die Besitzer/innen und das Personal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Een geweldig hotel met een super gastvrij ontvangst en goede service. De bedden slapen heerlijk, de hygiëne is goed en de sfeer is gezellig! Door overlijden van een familielid eerder moeten vertrekken en hier eerst uiterst netjes op gereageerd en maar gehandeld. Wij komen zeker terug.

Posto incantevole e di grande charme. Gli chalet sono veramente belli, accoglienti e funzionali. Abbiamo molto apprezzato i servizi offerti dall’hotel (piscina, spa, merenda al pomeriggio, palestra…). Inoltre, il personale è stato sempre disponibile e gentile e pronto a risolvere alcune difficoltà personali che abbiamo avuto.

We really enjoyed our stay in Gartenhotel Rosenhof in August. We had a comfortable room with a lovely view over the valley. It is a family run hotel with exceptionally good and friendly service, especially Jonathan who spoke in Dutch to my Dutch wife. On arrival we were welcomed personally with a fresh drink on the terrace and the staff were helpful with advice on restaurants and attractions. While we were there my wife had a milestone birthday and the family gave complimentary wine. There is a nice garden to the front with a swimming pool which was appreciated as the weather was hot. The breakfast buffet was great and we were able to enjoy it on the terrace with beautiful views of the mountains. There were indoor games and the hotel had some bikes which guests could use free of charge. The hotel is bed and breakfast only but they do provide complimentary tea/ coffee and biscuits in the afternoon. There were plenty of good restaurants close by. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Oberndorf village which lies midway between Sankt Johann and Kitzbuhel.

Freundliche und herzliche Gastgeber sorgen immer für eine Wohlfühloase. Der Pool, nebenan gleich mit Spielplatz und die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge lassen dein Herz auf jeden Fall höher schlagen. Für die Kinder (und auch Opas) gibt es sogar ein Spielezimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist top. Wir (Silvia und Ralf) haben mit unserem 3-jährigen Enkel, mit unserer Tochter und ihrem Mann im Ferienhaus Birke dort Urlaub gemacht. Unser Enkel hat im Matratzenlager unter dem Dach geschlafen und fand das wirklich sehr cool! Es gibt unzählige Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen vor Ort, cool fanden wir die kostenfreien Busfahrten sowie der kostenfreie Eintritt ins Schwimmbad in Oberndorf mit einer tollen Riesenrutsche. Fazit: Alles ist dort sehr Familien- und auch Hunde-freundlich. Wir hatten 2 Hunde mit dabei. Wir haben diesen Urlaub sehr genossen und bedanken uns ganz herzlich beim unglaublich engagierten ROSENHOF-TEAM. Ihr habt eure Berufung auf jeden Fall gefunden und macht einen richtig tollen Job! Danke für Alles!

Family run hotel. You can feel the commitment, hospitality. We had a great stay! Facilities, such as pool, sauna, table tennis, pool table and fusball table were great! The apartment Oberdorf was great! Kitchenette we’ll equiped, with dishwasher.
