Wir waren mit der Familie im Hotel Mohren zum Abendessen. Wir hatten Spargel mit Kalbsschnitzel und das Risotte mit Riesengarnelen und Jacobsmuscheln. Alle bestellten Gerichte waren hervorragend! Ich habe lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen. Eine klare Empfehlung für die Küche des Hotel Mohren!

Nicht wieder. Wieder mal unangekündigte Bauarbeiten im Hotel/Keller oder Tiefgarage, jedenfalls sehr laut mit Hämmern an mehreren Tagen. Von draußen Café sah man auch die Arbeiter und Autos etc. fehlende Liebe zum Detail und teilweise unschöne Ecken. Lage ist sehr zentral und praktisch.

Unglaublich laut, weil wieder mal unangekündigte Bauarbeiten. Über Tage hinweg. Nur noch genervt. Einfach schlecht. Hotel ist trotzdem nicht schön, wenig Liebe zum Detail - ein paar Hangriffe würden da schon reichen. Insgesamt einfach schlecht.

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer Superior gebucht, was unseren Ansprüchen genau entsprach. Das Zimmer war geräumig und man hatte durch die Trennwand das Gefühl in einem 2 Raum Zimmer mit Wohn und Schlafzimmer zu sein. Das innen liegende Bad war mit einer guten Dusche sowie Entlüftung ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück. Es gab eine große Auswahl an Wurst und Käse sowie an Obst. Sehr angenehm war auch, dass es eine Tageszeitung gab. Das rundet das qualitativ hochwertige Frühstück ab. Gut zu wissen: das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, der Ort wurde aber ab ca 19.00 Uhr sehr ruhig. Auch die Kirchenglocke hört auf zu schlagen. Das nächste Mal würden wir ein Zimmer zum Hauptplatz buchen.

Gewünscht wurde ein Doppelzimmer für 2 Personen eine mit Rollador. Angeboten und gebucht wurden ein Doppelzimmer Komfort, Genieser–Woche mit Halbpension, 7 Nächte 2 Personen, 1806,00€ zzgl. 36,40 € Kurbeitrag. Das online abgebildete Bild des Doppelzimmer Komfort hatte mit dem vorgefunden keine Ähnlichkeit. Der angebotene Grundriss ware trotz Hinweis nirgends ersichtlich. Zur Verfügung stand ein Doppelzimmer von sechzehn Quatratmetern, im Bad eine Duschkabine mit den Außenmaßen von 70 x 70 cm. Bewertung: Personal sehr gut, Halbpension befriedigend. Zimmer mit rund 16 Quatratmetern für ein Komforthotel mit 4 Sternen blamabel. Es ist für mich insgesamt kein 4 Sterne Hotel. Für diesen Preis gibt es in Oberstdorf bessere Hotels. Einmal Mohren nie wieder.
