Fantastic hotel with all the staffs were so helpful. Japanese tradition of service. The dinner was wonderfully well presented and good taste, breakfast too was fabulous.

Hotel location was convenient and the service great. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

It’s a great place but it just misses an onsen tbh.

A very convenient location which is next to train station. Room was clean and spacious for my family with a kid. We spent long time for breakfast which the foods are come fresh and delicious. Will surely stay this hotel when I am travelling Obihiro again.

We arrived late but noticed there is an onsen there. Very interested to give it a try but we were too tired. The room is spacious and we love what we get.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. Pork bowl, roast beef, salmon roe bowl The hotel staff were friendly and made for a great trip.

We arrived at the hotel on Christmas Eve, and the airport bus went directly to the hotel entrance. There were few people in the lobby, but the layout was very warm. The front desk checked in in two minutes, and the room was arranged at the end of the corridor on a high floor, which was very quiet. It was also very smooth to ask the hotel to send luggage when checking out. In the end, I bought a toy pig from the hotel. The overall experience was completely beyond my expectations compared to the hotel price. Just like the quiet town of Obihiro, the hotel left us warm memories, and I will stay here again if I have the chance to come to Obihiro!

The breakfast buffet was delicious! The salmon roe bowls and other dishes were plentiful and delicious! If you're staying overnight, I recommend booking one with breakfast included! There was also free sake and wine tasting, and we even got to try some Tokachi wine 🍷. The front desk staff were very friendly, and I'd love to stay here again when I'm in Obihiro.
