this place is disgusting. It looks NOTHING like the pictures. They charged us for one more night, because they got our 'check-in' date wrong when they sent us the information. They would not refund us that night, either. Nothing was dusted, it looked like they didn't even clean the place before we got there. The sheets had hair and other stains on them. The room REAKED of mildew, and there was mold in the bathroom all over the bathroom ceiling. They let a family of 9 stay in the room upstairs and let their children run the entire length of the upstairs, and you could HEAR it. management did not even care when you told them.

the good things ....had a great time with my wife and son romm was just what we payed for small , wewent up to the balcony. to sit and watchpeople walk by and talk i sat in one of their chairs and btoke from under me i feel back cracked my head open we told the manager. they didn't have a care in the world and said they wasn't responsible. and they had no insurance. to cover my hospital bill looks like i have to take them to court to get them to pay the bill

My brother and I stayed for three nights during high season and hot temperatures. The room was small, but clean. It had a cold air conditioner, hot shower and comfortable bed. The location was great for walking to the beach and boardwalk. Staff was very freindly. Just note there is no ice machine but you can purchase ice at the convenience store across the parking lot.

They moved us to the neighboring hotel
Sea breeze, because it was under construction.
The Room door had a big draft, we could hear the cars clearly, as if door was open.
No iron in room. Bathroom very tiny. No one was there to check out.

We stayed 1 night. 2 adults 2 kids. Room was small but clean. Bathroom was clean. Had fridge. Very close to the board walk. Freindly housekeeping staff. Only neg was wanted to do check out 1 hr later and they sd 40 bucks.

Very dirty,very small,the air conditioner looked like it was gona fall out of the window,mold in the shower,pubic hair stuck to the toiletseat lid,and that's not the worst part,they charged us 209.00 for the first night and 460.00 for the second night,this place isn't worth that,you can get a boardwalk room with a private porch for way less than that a Night and it's a much bigger cleaner room, will never stay there again

The only good thing about this place was…… nothing. Ok maybe the location. The pictures are deceiving. The rooms are disgusting. The staff spoke little English and seemed to be disorganized. 1 out of 10 would never recommend!!! Don’t do it !
