This trip was 100% amazing. My husband and I were so welcomed by every single staff member on the resort. People called us by name, checked in continuously and the service and hospitality was just amazing throughout. Bartenders, waitresses and all of their colleagues showed us exceptional service. The best part was the vybeteam they were so interacting my girl Voya she's one to listen an have a good conversation with a wonderful addition to our vacation, smile an voya had us playing games it was amazing they kept us dancing, jamming, and fully engaged the entire trip. We played really fun games all day, had the best vibes and were blessed with the opportunity to see all of their amazing vocal and dancing skills The fitness staff ran amazing pool and wellness classes customized to our interests. I wish I took note of everyone's names because truly all of the staff especially the vybeteam and fitness staff truly deserve so much credit. Amazing hospitality, fabulous vibes and a week to remember. I would 100% go back and bring all of my friends and family.

The apartment was nothing like the pictures on the website. The Housekeeper said that she cleaned the apartment, however, there were cobwebs and dirt under the beds that I had to wipe and clean the apartment. We got spider bites everywhere. The air conditioner in the living room and upstairs bedroom are not working and both TV do not work. This was a horrible experience during a time when I went for a funeral. It was depressing and very disappointing
