dwana kaye at the playroom was excepcional with my girls! they had so much fun. i highly recommend staying at moon palace if you are looking for a familia centric vacation! everyone is so Kind and my family felt super safe. thank you guys! youre the best.

If you come here, you absolutely have to go see Johnoy in spin class or aqua aerobics!! He is super energetic and fun and will totally make your experience worthwhile!!! The classes are great to have fun and see the beautiful resort but also get your workout in!!

Loved the property and amenities. Amazing friendly and helpful staff. Great food and drinks. Loved Boulangerie and buffet. Pools were wonderful and beach was very clean and pretty. Enjoyed konoko falls excursion but wish they had given more instructions beforehand. Enjoyed the glass bottom boat tour. Nice entertainment options for the kids aged 11 and 14. Would have loved more outdoor karaoke options. Also maybe need more elevators. Always lines at the elevators. Overall we had a really great time.

Very nice resort considering the price of everything included. Food was very good at the buffet and other restaurants that they had on the property. The only complaint that I have is that the food at the restaurants took tremendously long to be served to us. Other than that great stay for families with many things to do and friendly staff.

The food was amazing! Would recommend. Colleen was an amazing chef. Her food is amazing and it has an amazing view to eat at right in front of the beach. Great place to eat at night as well. Love this place I would give it a try when you come. Big up Colleen and her staff!

We came here to celebrate our friends birthday and she really enjoyed the genuine hospitality of this hotel. From the housekeeping team, pool bar staff to the chef at Momo. I would highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back. Shout out to Demar, he made our special Purple Rain drinks and served us with a smile. Chef Andrew at Momo was a delight and the hibachi grill was delicious. Don’t hesitate to book the spa services as it was well worth every penny.

We had a very good experience at the Palace. The dining, spa, beach and facilities were great! Fabian Hunt was an exceptional bell man, he went above and beyond his duties to assist us. Fabian is an asset to your organization, he has a great personality, is efficient, respectful and caring. With these qualities he provided excellent customer service and support, and should be commended and rewarded. In term of enhancement, the facility needs more frequent extermination. We had encounters with cockroaches 🪳 in the spa and in room 30637 & 638. We also killed 5 bumblebees and a spider in 2 days while in our rooms. Thanks for your service and we look forward to more exciting times at The Palace.

Loverlee was amazing! Even though we had some scheduling conflicts, she still made sure that I was able to secure a spot at Dolphin Cove and swim with the Dolphins. Loverlee was so kind and helpful, and very diligent in ensuring that I was able to do the one activity I really really wanted to do while in Jamaica. Loverlee made sure I didn’t go home disappointed. She is the best and I am so grateful to have met her during my stay!

Toni- Ann from entertainment in Moon Palace Jamaica has been so kind and sweet to us during our stay. She is so positive and helpful and made such a difference in our vacation. She has recommended us amazing things try outside of the resort like margaritaville and places to try authentic **** chicken and oxtail. She is so special and we love her so much.
