Sandals Ochi Beach Resort (Sgo)

What an experience! I just can't say enough about Sandals Ochi. Beauty at every turn. The manicured gardens everywhere were breathtaking. Greeting & huge smiles from every face I encountered. So much to do & not enough time to do so. A very special thank you to Rudolph & Samantha. I hated leaving your beautiful paradise. Thank you all for your gracious hospitality ❤️

To start our vacation the bud ride that was supposed to be a little over an hour was 2 hours. We get to sandals and try and book our dinner for the week they said they were full. The real Reason is they had 2 of the main restaurants closed 2 of the 5 days we were there. Went to dinner the first night and had to wait over an hour. The one reservation we did get they were late seating us and was about 45 min late. Some of the waitresses were rude as they acted like they didn’t want to be there. And to end my trip they didn’t have my room totals sent to room so went to check out and what should have been 5 minutes turned into 45. DO NOT GO TO SANDALS OCHI

My husband and I recently stayed at Sandals Ochi and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. The service was equally impressive, with attentive and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Do note that patience is needed as the service can be somewhat slow, but it's all part of the laid-back Jamaican atmosphere—no one is in a hurry here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and indulgent vacation!

What an awesome experience. All inclusive is the way to go. The food, drinks and atmosphere were so great. The best part of our vacation was the STAFF. All smiles and happiness. My wife and I loved this trip and would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a fun and relaxing time. My only recommendation is to get the bathroom fans operational. One Love, Jamaica!!

We have been to numerous Sandals resorts and are at their top level. Comments are reflective of the previous visits. If Sandals MoBay is a 5.0, then Ochi would rate a 3.5. There are several positive aspects: Generally, the staff (except for the Reef Terrace, are excellent. Special notice to Sashemia, the butler (in a difficult position) & Henry in the Sky Terrace. Ground are clean & well kept. Meals well well done and service very good. However, there are some significant negatives. Housekeeping was infrequent, but good when they show up. The resort is split into the old beach area & the old Beaches property "up the hill." Butlers split between the two is unsatisfactory. No one gets the proper attention. We received a $359 Spa "credit" and then were told it had to be used in one day & for one person. Unsatisfactory.

We just got back from Ochi and had a wonderful vacation. Service and food was top notch. Only suggestions is more beach chairs on the water activities beach, full size mirrors in rooms, and fans in bathrooms. Otherwise, it was amazing!

I provided a very good. The name and prestige that was presented did not do justice. 2 staff members were rude this happened in the main section of the hotel. The staff did not provide information regarding various section of the resort that is available to guess. They talked about 16 place that one can fine. I was not aware of that a beach was available. I was told of these venues on my last day.

Customer service was exceptional and the food, drinks, and activities were all just great! Such a beautiful place to enjoy
