I stayed with my daughter and wife. The building is nice, old and well maintained. The nostalgic atmosphere that cannot be expressed in current architecture is good. The quality of the hot springs is also good. My skin is in good condition. I was very satisfied with the content of the meal. I eat more than ordinary people, but I am satisfied with the amount. It was said that it was full on the day, but I was able to spend a calm and good time. I would like to come again in the autumn leaves and snow season.

Traveling alone in Michinoku, the hotel on the second day. The parking lot is wide and easy to park. The reception is smooth and the response is very good. The lobby is large and comfortable. The room is on the top floor and has a good view and is well cleaned. On this day, the baths will be crowded from 20:00 to 21:00 because it overlaps with the school trip of junior high school students, so I went to the hot spring at around 18:00. Indoor bath, open-air bath and sauna. I feel happy that I can have it all to myself. The sauna is about 90 degrees and is right after the water bath. Unfortunately, there are no comfortable chairs. Find the right rock around the open-air bath and find a place to set it up. Wander while listening to the chirping of the hototogisu. The hot spring here is odorless unlike yesterday's Sukayu Onsen. But the hot springs are really nice. The entire bathhouse is well-cleaned. There is hydrogen water at the entrance, but if possible, it would be nice to have it in the dressing room so that you can rehydrate in the middle of the sauna. Smoking room is on the 1st floor. There was no breakfast or dinner this time, so it was a hotel where I would like to enjoy cooking next time. Also, it would be nice to have morning coffee in the lobby, but it would be nice to be able to carry it around. Thank you.

Surprisingly good, the service is very attentive, I also helped to wipe the suitcase when I checked in, and the century-old hot spring that treats the stomach and intestines can even be consumed directly~ the four hot springs are different~ the food is delicious! There are also free massage chairs, super cost-effective!

It was quite far and reasonable price, so it was a place where there was no connection with the hotel I wanted to go someday. But this time I stayed because I can stay cheaply at GOTO. I ordered a black hair Japanese beef course, so I thought it was a mini Viking with a good kindness, but it was a Viking. It feels like a black hair Japanese beef is attached to the Viking. The Japanese cattle really felt delicious and happy. It was a Viking that I didn't expect, but it was the most delicious ever. I like it. There are many Japanese foods, few fried foods, many kinds of pickles, many ground foods, and anyway. The roast beef is not a Viking taste, it is very delicious. So I will continue to exceed the expected value of what I eat. It was good that local dishes were large. I think this is everywhere, but if you are silent with local dishes, it is seasoning of rural dishes. But it is a solid Japanese food rather than the taste of rural dishes. It was really delicious. The hot springs I expected were great. I think the temperature is hot and wet, and I can correspond to any one. The bath was also large, so it was good not to be dense. Yuse soap, a specialty of Yuse, can be tried in a bath and can be bought at a store. The open air looking at the valley was an atmosphere that could take a bath forever. I went this weekend, so there was a great person in the room almost full, and check-in was a hard time, but the response was firm. It is also true that there were many guests on the tour JTB and Hankyu Osaka, and there were several 4 weak groups, and it was scary that there was a little corona. So I think that the worried person should quit on weekends. However, it is certain that it was an inn that I wanted to repeat already in 1 hour of check-in, and I want to go now. It was an attraction that I couldn't know without GOTO. I will definitely go again

Service - the service was one of the best and most hospitable in Japan I've come across
Location - it is just located 5mins' walk from the Yuze Onsen JR station (though it is a local line with not very frequent trains - about 3-4 a day). yet they have a shuttle service to cover that 2 mins drive!
Dinner - the food was well presented and delicious.
onsen - There are 2 onsens, one indoors and one outdoors in the snow. they were comfortable (although they did not have a fantastic view, but it does its job). temperature was right and wea almost had all of it to ourselves.

We wish to express our highest appreciation to the host of Shokanto Onsen Ryokan because she was very kind although she told us she will not manage to prepare breakfast for us due to our schedule was too early, but she was very kind, she woke up early to prepare a simple onigiri for us to bring together when we left. Thank you very much.
The room 's windows open to cherry trees. The lighting in the room was amazing which can be control in many modes.
The location can reach easily with taxi for about 26 min from Hirosaki Station.
Fujiya Hotel is a Japanese-style Ryokan and located on Hirakawa River and has a bright, lively atmosphere. The guest rooms face to south. In the Rotenburo (open-air baths), guests can fully relax and enjoy the calm atmosphere of this historical area while listening to the sound of the river outside.

It is recommended. Good value for money whether traveling alone, with family or with friends. It's a casual ryokan, but the staff are very friendly and the hospitality makes you feel at home. I couldn't eat all the cooked rice for dinner, and I couldn't drink the local sake, so when I tried to take it home, they prepared rice balls for rice and a small tray for sake. After making the bed, there were small flowers in the room. Most of the dishes are prepared on a tray, but the large amount will fill you up. Next time I would like to go to Hirosaki when the cherry blossom festival is held.

Outstanding
GGuest UserThis very homestay style accommodation started some 48 years ago by the grandma. Two of her daugthers, Kaori and Katura now runs this cosy place with about 10 rooms. The stars are the two Akita inu, Haru-chan (father), 7 years old. And his daughter, Hana-chan (6 years old). it will take some time to warm up with them, similar to Shiba inu. We got to spend sometime with both of them during our stay, including giving them some treats, watched Haru-chan drinks ice cream with ice (it was a hot day). Chatted with Kaori and grandma to find out more about them. We had dinner and breakfast which was home cooked style. It has been a pleasant stay. Very friendly and down to earth family. This is highly recommended if you are into Akita Inu and enjoy homestay.
GGuest UserI stayed with my daughter and wife. GGuest UserIt was a scattered 々 stay in the worst front staff and filthy room. In the cover of the sealing light in the room, countless insect corpses, under the bed, dust and hair balls that make you feel bad when you look. It seems that it has not been cleaned for many years. The bedside table has a burnt mark of cigarettes. It smells like cigarettes even though it is a non-smoking room, and the elevator smells like cigarettes. I think the front desk staff can respond a little better even if it is an attitude that doesn't seem to be a customer service business. There were good points such as hot spring baths and free ramen services, but it was not possible to compensate for negative points. I will not use it again.
JJames WongHotel room is clean and comfortable. They even give one free entrance to the onsen next door. Staff are courteous and welcoming. Only shortcoming is it is located next to a railway crossing and sound proofing is not perfect. So be prepared to be awaken at 2am in the morning due to train crossing.
GGuest UserThe bathroom has no dry odor and the amount of water in the shower is good, the room is clean, and the quality of the bed is perfect ○. I'm worried about the sound around the water, the width and length of the curtains are short, and it's early morning. I was worried about Rusa △. The breakfast buffet is for Japanese food. It was ✕ that I was passed through a room that was not cleaned at check-in, and once I was dropped off in the lobby, I was waiting for nearly 40 minutes while watching the person who came after checking in at the next 々. The parking lot is complete. There are convenience stores and restaurants in the neighborhood. There is an elevator 2 base, but there is a habit of driving patterns, and people on the regular floor tend to wait a little.
NN-nipalensisThe aircraft was canceled and suddenly took a schedule change, but I was able to eat breakfast only because I was carrying out breakfast buffet. It was a normal Viking method only by disinfecting alcohol and wearing masks and disposal gloves. However, the employee did not pay attention to several male guests standing without masks. Even if such a guest becomes an infection source, the hotel is said to be bad, so the hotel is hard. But I wanted to be careful.
LLee DavidHotel is pretty far away from Odate Station about 30 mins by foot. There are buses from the Station to the Hotel if you do not want to walk. Overall the price is reasonable and it is a decent hotel to stay in Odate.
CChipon11The breakfast was very delicious. The chicken soup of the inland chicken, the appearance was like a simple soup, but the taste was certain! There was also a tonboku and it was served with a potato. I was able to feel Akita for breakfast. I think Cospa is a good hotel.
GGuest UserThis is a public bath frequented by locals with accommodation. People come and go, so not lively. Health is definitely stronger than domestic, but as a short-term traveler, this kind of accommodation is not recommended. Good aspects: you can experience the customs and habits of locals, and the service staff is enthusiastic; Weak aspects: 1. It is far from the Daguan Railway Station, drag the suitcase for a minute, and return to the hotel at night. There is no street light on the whole street; 2. The old-fashioned room that has not been renovated in the later period, of course, the accommodation conditions should not be reluctant; 3. Breakfast can be full, others will be different. 😜
