I think the front desk staff can respond a little better even if it is an attitude that doesn't seem to be a customer service business. There were good points such as hot spring baths and free ramen services, but it was not possible to compensate for negative points. I will not use it again.

I lost my PASSMO and train ticket - picked up from just outside hotel and returned to me. If there's an eventin the vicinity, this hotel is PERFECT! They have won many awards and the staff even helped me to connect with the next hotel for early check in as the staff were friends with the hotel I was going to stay...Most interesting convenience store, tried interesting oden and even stocked Okinawa pig ears that were so thinly sliced. Better than the Chinese restaurants - so refined...Visit them in the 2nd weekend of February and you can tour the candy festival (with Akita Dogs parade) at the same time. Very comfortable bed too. I can't find anything bad about the hotel.

But the hot springs are really nice. The entire bathhouse is well-cleaned. There is hydrogen water at the entrance, but if possible, it would be nice to have it in the dressing room so that you can rehydrate in the middle of the sauna. Smoking room is on the 1st floor. There was no breakfast or dinner this time, so it was a hotel where I would like to enjoy cooking next time. There were many hotels because it was a hot spring area around, but I had the impression that I enjoyed it in the hotel without the feeling of sightseeing instead of the hot spring town. There was a lounge near the lobby and I could drink drinks, so it was good to stop at the lounge to take a bath and drink. The room was large and I was able to relax in a Japanese room. Service - the service was one of the best and most hospitable in Japan I've come across Location - it is just located 5mins' walk from the Yuze Onsen JR station (though it is a local line with not very frequent trains - about 3-4 a day). yet they have a shuttle service to cover that 2 mins drive! Dinner - the food was well presented and delicious. onsen - There are 2 onsens, one indoors and one outdoors in the snow. they were comfortable (although they did not have a fantastic view, but it does its job). temperature was right and wea almost had all of it to ourselves.

The hotel is some distance away from Hirosaki Station. The taxi to Hirosaki Station is about 3000 yen. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Hirosaki Station at a fixed time. The hotel is Japanese style, but it feels that the heating is not enough. Features, there is an apple tree outside the hotel, and two apples will be served in the refrigerator in the room.
