Hotel Odeon Reviews

Modern and nice setup as this hotel is quite new. Breakfast was good with typical danish offerings. Could do with more options to be called a 4 or 5 stars hotel. Location is 15mins walk to city square area. Nearby with Netto supermarket. Room is ok but without toiletries and room amenities to comment. Basement parking but be WARNED that only park with hotel black floor label. As if driver can see the floor black label from driving position on first visit to the carpark. The carpark lots around the hotel entrance at carpark is NOT for guests. And you have to pay parking within 4 minutes in this carpark else you will be fined near to 120 Euro. Unlike all other carparks I visited in Denmark where I only pay upon exit for the hours parked. This is street parking underground! I wonder who can complete hotel check in 4 minutes including taking a lift up to the lobby reception. This carpark management is out to scam first timers to this place maybe to keep those carpark inspectors employed.

The hotel is new, clean, comfortable, convenient for travel, and has a hotel parking lot. I will stay here again.

It's really good👌, the breakfast is great, the room is clean, the hotel location is top-notch👍👍👍, and the service attitude of the waiters and waitresses at the front desk is particularly good. It feels really comfortable to stay in the hotel👍

It's close to the city center, so it's easy to go anywhere on foot. There are restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping malls nearby, making life very comfortable. The hotel is clean and there is no noise.

素敵なホテルでした。朝ごはんも美味しかったです。部屋の日当たりは微妙でした。アメニティも少なめです。

酒店位置方便，地下就是停車場＇去，景點如安徒生故居，安徒生博物館都可以步行。 酒店外有露天梳化供客人休息，感覺舒適。

It was nice but the metro was very noisy every 20 min....

Parking was quite difficult due to the Sunday afternoon staff failing to give us a parking garage map and good instructions on how to access the city garage we needed to park in. There is no drive up to unload bags . Not good for handicapped. You have to find the city garage, park in the designated Hotel Odeon spots. Make sure you park in P09 area or you have a big distance to travel by foot through the garage to the elevator. We spent an hour trying to park our car. Mark was the saving grace on the evening front desk. He took off the parking charge for all the inconvenience.

Smallest room ever. No light in bedroom, only in entrance and toilet. Felt like a dork cellar. Air conditon is blowing constantly, not possible to turn off. Freezing cold and no night sleep.

The staff gave me wrong room and unwilling to apologise or show any respect for the mess they created. Although they refund me but the attitude lack any empathy or willingness to fix the issues.

Nice hotel located just outside the city center commerce. The room had beautiful design, the restaurant delicious food and the service were very friendly. Looking forward to revisit the hotel!
