AMAZING PLACE!!! Beautiful views of the Black Sea INCREDIBLE staff THE place to stay in Varna!!! You will NOT be disappointed! Smiles every day and always ready to help any situation! One of the staff gave me some medicine for a bad virus that had me almost incapacitated. Wow! Worked CRAZY!!! She will ALWAYS be my friend for life. Stay here You will NOT wish stay anywhere else.

Hotel on the beachfront in Varna. Very nice room.
I didn't like that they don't change the bed linen or towels until after 3 days. Breakfast could be more varied. If you are going to stay 1 night it is fine, but for longer I recommend looking for a cafeteria.

Initially intimidated by previous negative reviews about noise from the street and nearby rooms, despite being on the mezzanine floor facing the street we slept very well. The hotel has recently been renovated (double glazing): overall pleasant and clean. The ladies at reception are helpful and those in the breakfast room are friendly. Specifically, the parking solution needs to be reviewed (there are 4 car parks but in "double row" with availability until 12.00 in case it needs to be moved). An agreement with the municipality or prepaid parking spaces from the hotel on site would be preferable. Breakfast ok despite very little "fresh" (fruit, bread) and insistent plant-based alternatives unless you are satisfied with cucumbers :( Still excellent location a stone's throw from the centre.

This hotel has a very beautiful period glass roof. The receptionist is just adorable, he answers all our questions with such kindness. Room 11 is just a little noisy because it is above the reception and in the passage. I will return with great pleasure to this establishment. The room is very clean and spacious. It is vintage and in its original form but in good taste.

Good hotel in the center of Varna. Very clean, big rooms, friendly staff. The hotel is situated close to the beach and to the old town and just 20 minutes from the airport. Free internet, also have jacuzzi and gym.

This hotel is def not 4*! Expect badly maintained rooms with hanging wires and not working light switches, worn off bedding and dirty curtains. The sauna and jacuzzi didn’t work, the covid warnings signs are everywhere (not that anyone keeps them!), expect school guests to arrive at 3am and to creat a lot of havoc and noise, take over the small swimming pool. There are no signs like “don’t disturb” or “clean the room” - if you fail to respond to the door mocks, they will come in!
Staff was friendly tho and were doing what they can. This could be a much better hotel if someone cared.
