-в ванной комнате нет полочки доя размещения собственных туалетных принадлежностей( зубная щетка, паста, одеколон и тд);
-неудобные кровати и подушки, на 5* не тянут.

I highly recommend choosing this hotel for your stay in Varna. It’s not just the design. The design is absolutely beautiful. There is smooth authentic wood furniture, the shower and the free standing bath tub convince undoubtedly. The shower gel smells amazing, and there is a pool and wellness area! The lighting is incredible, creating a mood and beautiful atmosphere. Good night sleep guaranteed. I chose the deluxe room category and I highly recommend going for that or higher if you can. I have stayed in a few luxury hotels around the world, and was delighted to see this top notch design in my home country! I want to express my appreciation to the staff and the hotel management. I had an issue with the TV; it turned out to not be easily fixable, they reacted immediately by sending the hotel technician. When I communicated the situation with reception, I was treated with utmost respect and understanding. I trusted Management to find a solution, and within two hours I was contacted with the good news. I was relocated to a beautiful new room, and everything worked out wonderfully. This place has staff who communicate with professionalism at the highest standard. I will recommend it to all of my friends and am doing so now to you online. If you are looking for a great value, and a wonderful experience of the beautiful city of Varna, book this place. Hands down, the best. I want to thank the Management and the staff. Terrific new hotel. It's not only modern, it's futuristic, especially the bathroom design where they managed to fit a spacious shower and a stand alone tub. The room was decent size. The staff were nice and friendly. If you have a car you have to drive to ul. Makedonia entrance. The main entrance is closed due to renovation. Besides the garage entrance is located there too.

In our “suite”. ZERO tables to eat at or work on. ZERO outlets near mirror to blow dry hair. ZERO countertop in bathroom - and I mean you can’t fit 2 toothbrushes. Bed was hard as a rock. Pillows are cheap foam. No tissues in room. Room is incredibly dark, poor lighting, weird mirrored and black lacquer walls. Reminded me of an escape room 😂

Wonderful service, and the design is amazing, and thanks for my birthday cake. The breakfast had so much choice, and was perfect. Like all of the hotel I loved the style and the room was large with 2 king-size beds. The door to get to the breakfast room, was like being in Alice in wonderland. Loved it all.
