Место прекрасное, центрее не бывает, Дерибасовская. Рецепшн и холл маленькие, узкие, персонал не очень приветливый, молодые двушки студентки такое ощущение. В номер заселились чуть позже 14ч, ранее никак, предыдущие гости поздно освободили и горничная долго убирала. на 30 номеров их всего 2 человека персонала, не успевают я так полагаю. В номере надколотые раковина и унитаз, створки душа не закрывались. Кровать, постельное и полотенца хорошие, чистые, белые. Номер классик малюсенький, 10 кв.м. Завтра на выбор континентальный с яйцами и сосисками вариации, спрашивали на сколько приготовить по времени. Но когда на утро пришли в 9ч то места в конференцзале где подают завтраки все были заняты, спрашивается для чего тогда время спрашивать. и как на 30 номеров и 60 человек подавать завтрак в маленьком помещении где 15 посадочных мест.. Сказали принесут завтрак в номер, но через 15 мин. пришлось самим идти забирать его, а то не дождались бы. Конечно для цены 1115 грн. полюс турсбор 60 грн можно на все закрыть глаза, но мы решили в следующий раз доплатить за отель получше и с завтраком шведский стол!
