a well maintained property with friendly staff the breakfast was nice too with the Texas shaped waffles I have stayed here several times and never had a problem and the rooms are large and the overall facility is quiet and a great place to get some sleep and a bite to eat at breakfast

Terrible service and substandard room. AVOID this motel. I booked into this hotel for two days to see family nearby. The bedding and pillows were very poor. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. My room was not serviced. I asked for it to be serviced but was told that housekeeping was gone for the day. I asked to be moved to a different room and they refused unless I wanted to pay for an extra room. Truly one of the worst places I’ve stayed at. Go somewhere else.

Needed accommodations for a few days while me wife had surgery and a few day to recover. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The only thing great about the stay was the breakfast! Overall stay was good. When it came time for checkout, they emailed the bill and it was incorrect. When I called about the bill, I had to keep calling and when I finally talked with a manager, they were rude and unprofessional. I will not stay here again.

This hotel offered all that we needed and the staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. The breakfast was excellent and the time offered was perfect! The rooms were clean and comfortable and inviting.

Perfect stay. Clean, comfortable & family friendly. Also close to a lot of stores! Bathroom water pressure could use improvement but other than that we loved it. We will definitely book again when we return to Odessa!

Excellent (For a Best Western Plus)! The breakfast lady was like a welcoming mother or grandma. There was an unexpected good self-serve coffee machine that made cappuccino, expresso, latte etc, (thank god not just boring drip coffee), Texas-shaped make your own waffle station, small yogurt cups with fresh fruit strawberry/blueberries. Assorted of teas, fluffy eggs, potato wedges etc. All very tidy and neat and well replenished because of friendly breakfast lady. The hotel itself was NOT near a major I-20 freeway (perhaps only 6 minutes away) and near a quieter main busy street. I liked that the hotel was set back from the main road. Easy access to airport (11 mins) and university and newer stores/newer developed decent area of Odessa. Plenty of parking. Room tidy and bathroom the same. Good job housekeeping.Check-in person(s) and check-out person:No issues. Team seemed to take pride in their jobs at this location and customer service oriented. Also fresh apple/fruit/juice machine etc. Lots of good lighting in the parking lot at night.
