We did not have any towels, our room was not cleaned the next morning. We did not have any toilet paper or Kleenex. We saw cockroaches and black bugs. I asked to change rooms and the staff was very friendly. But we were moved to a room across from the ice machine where apparently everyone gets ice for work in the morning. It was extremely loud and to top it off, as I drove around the hotel I ran over a large screw which caused me to have to purchase a new tire. I tried to save money on the room and it cost me sleep, a new tire, and bug bites. Totally not worth it. Lesson learned.
