The building is a little old, but the room is clean and the size is single, but it's just right. Just over 10,000 yen per night. The room was spacious enough. When I told them that the room was cold and wanted it warmer, they said they would turn the temperature up. I didn't feel any increase in temperature at all, so I asked them to turn the temperature up again, and they said they would. As expected, I didn't feel any increase in temperature at all, so I checked the air outlet and found that no air was coming out, so I checked with the front desk and they said that they turned the air off because it would get cold if air came in because they were only running the fan. I found out that the air conditioner hadn't been switched to heating. Up until that point, they had been explaining things as if the air conditioner was on heating, but then they suddenly confessed that it had not been switched to heating and brought a heater and blankets to the room. All the previous exchanges were completely pointless. I can only think that I was deceived. I can only think that they were trying to cover up a defect. I think they should have just told us from the beginning that it was not on heating and brought a heater. First of all, it is outrageous that they did not switch the entire air conditioning to heating on a day when the minimum temperature was in the single digits the next day, but it is also completely outrageous that they explained to the guest that it was on heating. Do they not have a manager-like person who can decide to switch the air conditioner to heating? Also, why didn't the front desk staff tell me in the beginning that the heating would not come on even if they adjusted the air conditioner? It was a stay full of distrust. It seems like a prestigious hotel, but this happened. The cleaning was thorough and the cleanliness was OK. There was free bottled water in the room.

Although I only stayed overnight, there was a parking lot, the room was clean, and it was very comfortable. I would definitely like to use it again.

I arrived a little early, but they put me in the room immediately, and they kindly responded to the bus timetable and nearby restaurants.
