The overall size of the room is good in Japan, but the only thing is that although it is a smoking room, the overall smell is a bit too strong; the breakfast is good; it is very convenient to eat and store nearby.

It's located about a 12-minute walk from the north exit of Oita Station.
We stayed on the 15th floor, overlooking Oita city, Beppu Bay, and the steel company plant.
The rooms were spacious enough and there was no noise from the next room, so we were able to relax in peace and quiet.
The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes, and was a great way to start the day off recharged.

Opposite the Dafen Art Museum, it's a short distance from Oita Station on foot, about 10 minutes, and a taxi costs less than 1,000 yen. There is a Family Mart downstairs, which is very convenient.

It's a 4-star hotel that's affordable, but it's a bit far from JR Oita Station on foot. The view from the room is great, you can see the sunset and the bay at dusk. There are not many additional hotel services to surprise guests. It is a typical business hotel and the service feels cold to tourists.
