JR Kyushu Hotel Blossom Oita Reviews

This JR hotel is one of the most unique of all as it has a rooftop onsen (19-21F). It comes with a 150yen per pax per night charge when you stay here. 21F is gender separated outdoor onsen! Was a surprise as we did not expect it to be so nice with the current weather. Parking is 1000yen per night with the car park at the mall side and is linked to the hotel reception by an elevator. Location is superb for non-driving too as it is within 1 min walk from the JR Oita station. We used the onsen for all the nights we stayed. Super good value.

Hotel is built right on top of the JR station with Hands department store right underneath occupying basement to the 4th floor, 5-7 for car parks, 8/f-19/f is the hotel, lobby is on the 8/f. Indoor onsen on 19/f and outdoor on 21/f. Decor is a bit outdated but was clean and tidy. Staff were helpful, able to communicate in English. Breakfast was semi buffet style with entree with western or Japanese style to choose from. Shower was good, room with a sizeable safe.

Good place and near JR. Will perfer to my friends. And the car park is same as the shopping mall. So it is very easy to shopping and eating. There are many family mart Lawson and 7-11. Very good location

The location is very inconvenient as it is just next to Oita JR station. The room is spacious, clean and tidy. The hotspring is excellent and breakfast is nice too.

This hotel is easily accessible and it is very close to the station and the shopping area. The room is spacious compared to others. I enjoy much the onsen it offered. The view is great.

Absolutely amazing hotel, with lovely decorated rooms and an absolutely perfect onsen on the roof. Great view and perfect location for walking in the city and exploring the other towns. Very close to Beppu by JR! Also there's very good food Coop store on the 1F with wonderful local strawberry (seasonal!).

Its location is very good, just next to the oita station. The room is clean and large enough. It’s convenient to travel to nearby towns by jr train. The staff are friendly and helpful. We are very happy when staying there.

The location of hotel is impeccable. The breakfast is also quite good. The only thing I was hoping to improve is the open hours of the hot bath… which starts at 11am
