The reception is a pair of elderly people, very polite. Hotel facilities have some, very old can be used, the phone is the kind of disk dial, it is convenient to go out to find food, but the price is cheap, not particular about the choice.

Is a nice and new Dormy Inn. But a really long walk from the station. During winter, it would be very painful experience. I was given a room on the second floor ( despite this is already the room of higher grade ) and I can see clearly people on the street and I believe they can see me too. I had to close the curtain all the time. This would not be a hotel of my top choice if is about the same price of other hotel close to the station.

It is still staying at the moment, but the cleaning is very cluttered. I write things like my mother-in-law, but it was a level that made my throat worse in house dust. There is no hotel that has to clean the room even though I stayed. It is easy to make the image as good as the image by advertising. Air cleaning humidifier The interior is yellow with water scale, and the filter is yellow and discolored. There was muddy water in the tank that I didn't know when it was. It was good to notice before using it. I cleaned it but the attached photograph was limited. The dust was about 1 cm on the filter cooler, and the dust was accumulated in the top. I noticed that there was an accident in the throat using the cooling for about 2 days. Dust in the milling bed The dust is quite accumulated in the corner of the floor. It's enough to grasp with tissue. I cleaned myself immediately after arriving in the room. Mold in the shower curtain The stylish shower curtain with black dot was moldy and moldy. Is right at night spot area about 7-10 minutes walk from the JR station. Good for people wish to stay late. Front desk staffs are nice and helpful. Can’t ask for more for this price. A definite choice for limited budget guest. Even with a bath tub 👍

We used it for event participation at Okayama Convention Center. It is directly connected to Okayama Station and it is very easy to move. It is also convenient to Okayama Convention Center. I think it depends on the location of the room, but the room I stayed this time was able to see the platform of Okayama Station from the room, so I think that is also attractive for those who like trains. There are many restaurants in the station building of Okayama Station and there is no inconvenience in eating. It is a very recommended hotel for those who have a business at the Convention Center since early morning at Okayama Station late at night.

Staff in this hotel we’re very eager to please guests. The list of amenities offered ranged from herbal tea to an offer to provide a softer mattress if it was needed. I did not need it. The all you can eat breakfast buffet was very good. Lots of choices. Well prepared. I recommend not going to breakfast in the last 45 minutes of the window, because there were fewer choices then.. The location is excellent. It was walking distance to the hotel, and to the Korakuen Garden and Castle.

*The food was freshly prepared, and above all, as a bread lover, there were many types of bread, which was a high score!

We stayed here for three nights and the location is great as you can walk to the Bihan historical area, as well as the JR station and Mitsue Outlet Mall which are around 750 m away. There are a myriad of eateries in the area, from izakaya to ramen, and a tonkatsu restaurant with a Michelin star. The hotel provides amenities such as yukata, dental and shaving kits. There is also a high tea with some sweets and some savouries. Breakfast is included in the price and you collect the boxes from the lobby. It was similar on all three days and included cold sandwiches and salads. If you want coffee you need to buy a hotel tumbler for 1000 yen, after which hot drinks are free flow. Staff were friendly, particularly the younger ones wearing the blue shirts, such as Ms Pek from Korea and the young Indian man. The exception was the female floor manager in black suit, who was effusive to locals but did not seem to know how to deal with foreigners. Overall, it was a good hotel stay.

The only thing is that it takes a long time to check in (you have to write your name, address, phone number, etc. on the tablet), but well, that's unavoidable, so it's not a minus. The way the space is designed is unique, which was a little confusing, but I liked it because it was quite unique. The room was very spacious and clean, and even though there was a large public bath, the bathtub inside the room was also big, which was surprising. The bed was excellent in size and comfort. I don't mind, but the window is not that big. The large public bath is excellent, with the same level of content as a compact super public bath. There is also a sauna.

GGuest User I almost missed breakfast on Sunday morning. At the time of check-in, you can see the photo and it is a set menu, so only the explanation is that you can choose from these 5 types on the day. Understand that it is ”set menu only”. Even though it is a business hotel in front of the station, Sunday starts at 7 o'clock 30 minutes later than weekdays. It seems to be entrusted to the tavern on the same floor as the front desk, and even if it is explained, the location is not clear, and it cannot be seen from the front desk. When I left the hotel at 7:30 and headed for the store, there was a person in the chair in front of me. However, there is no tag saying that you are waiting, so when you say breakfast in the store, you will say, ”Please wait in front.” When you try to write the name, there is no such thing. However, it seems that you should sit in the corridor and wait until the order comes. I heard that I took out, but I didn't. I have to leave for work, but this will miss eating breakfast ... When I returned to the front desk and explained the situation to the hotel staff, the hotel did not know the situation at all. I'll go to the breakfast shop together and listen to the situation. Finally, the first people started to leave, and luckily, the previous people were all group guests, so I sat at about 8:45. When I entered, the set was only the main, and a little buffet was added. Moreover, it is understood that only up to 8 people (groups) can enter the store in the form of a private room izakaya. With this, there is a great possibility that I couldn't enter the store even if I waited forever, and I think it is disqualified as breakfast at a business hotel. GGuest UserWe used it for business. The front desk was empty around ２１ when we arrived. It is a little difficult to understand the entrance, but you will go up to ２ floor by elevator. (The entrance is closed at ２４, and then a card key is required) The elevator will always stop once on the ２ floor when you go up or down. Room clothes are not prepared in the room, so they are taken out of the locker equipped near the front desk. The room was highly confidential and the noise outside was blocked. There was also a humidifier, so there seems to be no worry about drying.

(Single 4550 yen) Always Toyoko quality, but is the room spacious? Also, the upper floor of the west-facing room (odd number) is the toilet in ＆ station view. I think the free breakfast is also full. AAnonymous UserPerfect location, main station close by, convenience store just a couple minutes away. The room was also not too bad, though it wasn't entirely clean. Some dust haven't been cleaned, in mostly unnoticable places though, like really high up or behind the TV. And even though we haven't met any staff members it wasn't that hard to check in or check out. Though there was difficulty of getting inside the building, as we didn't receive the door code through email. Good thing there were some helpful residents of the hotel who helped us to get inside. Either way final score would be 8.5/10

Mmind_blowingThe location is very good, JR Okayama Station is two or three minutes walk, there is Rosen downstairs, there is aeon mall opposite, eating and shopping is very convenient! The room is always small and very clean. The front desk is on the fourth floor, remember to take toiletries, the disadvantage is that the check-out time is ten o'clock, not very friendly.

GGuest UserI used it on a business trip. About 3 minutes walk from the west exit of Okayama Station? It is very close. There is no service such as breakfast, and it is a hotel for a simple night stay, but there are convenience stores and Matsuya nearby, so it is not a problem at all. I stayed in a single this time, but the room is large enough for a single, and the toilet and bath are large enough. I am grateful that the room is fully equipped with a microwave. I would like to use it again.

YYANGThe hotel provides a bus to pick up from the train station. The breakfast is very rich. This mansion is halfway up the mountain. Great! This hotel has high cost performance and I'd like to recommend it. Okayama's price is affordable in general.

GGuest UserI walked from the station without using the underground road. You can see the hotel sign from a distance, but when you approach it, you can't tell the location of the hotel. You can see the chloropil beauty face and the signboard of the music classroom. I went back after passing by. There is a coffee, plum kobucha, and consomme soup stack at the front desk. Because of the rack that seems to be a newspaper holder. There is one elevator. The room can only be placed in a limited position with a chair hanging in the bed and refrigerator. The TV is large close to the wall hanging. It is limited to the top of the bed to see from the front. A metal beaker is a hot water heater. Two bags of tea in a tay bag. If you lose the key, you will receive 10,000 yen or if you find an empty can with a suction shell, you will receive a cleaning fee and 20,000 yen. The TV remote control does not have a subtitle button. The temperature setting for air conditioning can be both cold and warm. The computer on the first floor has a chair and one. It seems that only microsoft edge can be used. There is no newspaper in the rack in the morning. The drinking state that was less the night before is replenished.
