The sound of cleaning, the opening and closing of the doors, the windows, the footsteps of the staff, and the conversation are quite unconsidered. Some guests stay in the guest room for consecutive nights, so I thought it was necessary to take more consideration. The bathroom in the room was flooded with water even though there was a shower curtain. The bath mat was floating. It was difficult to wring it out and wipe it. It's too bad, and I'm also concerned about the smell of the towels in the room.
I think most people go to the hot springs, but I want them to take good care of their room baths.
The toilet lid doesn't open properly either. I understand that the prices are high for the weekend, but I was a little disappointed.

Is right at night spot area about 7-10 minutes walk from the JR station. Good for people wish to stay late. Front desk staffs are nice and helpful. Can’t ask for more for this price. A definite choice for limited budget guest. Even with a bath tub 👍

It is still staying at the moment, but the cleaning is very cluttered. I write things like my mother-in-law, but it was a level that made my throat worse in house dust. There is no hotel that has to clean the room even though I stayed. It is easy to make the image as good as the image by advertising. Air cleaning humidifier The interior is yellow with water scale, and the filter is yellow and discolored. There was muddy water in the tank that I didn't know when it was. It was good to notice before using it. I cleaned it but the attached photograph was limited. The dust was about 1 cm on the filter cooler, and the dust was accumulated in the top. I noticed that there was an accident in the throat using the cooling for about 2 days. Dust in the milling bed The dust is quite accumulated in the corner of the floor. It's enough to grasp with tissue. I cleaned myself immediately after arriving in the room. Mold in the shower curtain The stylish shower curtain with black dot was moldy and moldy. This is disinfected with hot water and is disgusted 々. I emailed an inquiry to ribmax but there is no answer. I also put a letter to the cleaning person, but it is abandoned and ignored. We stayed here for three nights and the location is great as you can walk to the Bihan historical area, as well as the JR station and Mitsue Outlet Mall which are around 750 m away. There are a myriad of eateries in the area, from izakaya to ramen, and a tonkatsu restaurant with a Michelin star. The hotel provides amenities such as yukata, dental and shaving kits. There is also a high tea with some sweets and some savouries. Breakfast is included in the price and you collect the boxes from the lobby. It was similar on all three days and included cold sandwiches and salads. If you want coffee you need to buy a hotel tumbler for 1000 yen, after which hot drinks are free flow. Staff were friendly, particularly the younger ones wearing the blue shirts, such as Ms Pek from Korea and the young Indian man. The exception was the female floor manager in black suit, who was effusive to locals but did not seem to know how to deal with foreigners. Overall, it was a good hotel stay.

We used it for business. The front desk was empty around ２１ when we arrived. It is a little difficult to understand the entrance, but you will go up to ２ floor by elevator. (The entrance is closed at ２４, and then a card key is required) The elevator will always stop once on the ２ floor when you go up or down. Room clothes are not prepared in the room, so they are taken out of the locker equipped near the front desk. The room was highly confidential and the noise outside was blocked. There was also a humidifier, so there seems to be no worry about drying.

This hotel is set in a great location of Okayama, close to the shoutengai, Okayama castle and the JR station with lots of choice for food close by.
Staff friendly and helpful. Would not recommend to use their car park or listen to the hotels advice on parking, we were quoted 2700¥ for a nights parking, when we took a look in the area we found parking for 900¥ for 24 hours.
Room very nice if a little dated, lack of public ofuro was a little sad but what else to expect at this price. Bathroom a little small, but definitely ok again for the price.
No breakfast offered or provided, so can’t really give any advice on this. However there is an amazing cafe around the corner that sells freshly made croissants 🥐

Is a nice and new Dormy Inn. But a really long walk from the station. During winter, it would be very painful experience. I was given a room on the second floor ( despite this is already the room of higher grade ) and I can see clearly people on the street and I believe they can see me too. I had to close the curtain all the time. This would not be a hotel of my top choice if is about the same price of other hotel close to the station.

Staff in this hotel we’re very eager to please guests. The list of amenities offered ranged from herbal tea to an offer to provide a softer mattress if it was needed. I did not need it. The all you can eat breakfast buffet was very good. Lots of choices. Well prepared. I recommend not going to breakfast in the last 45 minutes of the window, because there were fewer choices then.. The location is excellent. It was walking distance to the hotel, and to the Korakuen Garden and Castle.
